I reached out to Chris simply to get an estimate for a few minor repairs at my home, which is currently under contract. All I needed was for him to come out, take a quick look, and provide me with numbers so I could offer my buyers a repair credit at closing. I wasnt even asking him to do the actual repair work. From the start, I gave him everything he asked forphotos, a clear description of the items in question, and the property address. He told me he could have it looked at within a week. That was over two weeks ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I havent heard a word back. When youre in the middle of a home sale, timelines matter. Being completely ghosted in this situation was not only unprofessional but also incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects your time. EDIT: Chris, youre trying to save face. Lets be clear I never asked you to drop everything or perform any repair work. All I needed was for you to stop by, look at two small items, and provide a simple written estimate on letterhead exactly what you initially asked me to send details for, which I did by email. I also followed up multiple times by call, text, and email with no response. So the claim that I only contacted you twice isnt accurate. I have the receipts to prove it. There was no confusion or last-minute rush. I reached out promptly, communicated clearly, and followed your own instructions. The issue wasnt scheduling it was the complete lack of follow-through or communication afterward. You can call it no contract if you want, but professionalism doesnt require one it requires communication and reliability. My review reflects exactly what happened, and I stand by it.

If you need a professional to do the job right, this is your guy! Edit: My most recent project ended up developing a small complication, and Chris was responsive and quick to come back for a second look and to make things right.

I had a couple of shingles blow off our roof during the most recent wind storm. After calling several other contractors and leaving them messages, I called Chris. He immediately answered my call and discussed my repair. Since it was supposed to rain the next day, he came to my house that afternoon to see what type/color of shingles I needed, went and purchased them, returned to my house and made the repair. I highly recommend him. He is responsive, professional and his is cost very reasonable.
