Hugo and his crew are amazing. I had a drywall nightmare caused by a different contractor. I was hesitant about hiring someone after the disaster 2 years ago. Hugo came out promptly and bid the job and had a drywall guy out the following week. Drywall Mike did an amazing job fixing the past problems. Painters Shawn and Jeff came today and painted everything. They did a great job. My great room ceiling finally looks great. Hugo did a great job overseeing everything. I would highly recommend and will use Top Choice Painting again.

We received this companys name from a friend who was very pleased with the completed. work. We contacted Mr. Hugo Felix after having a disastrous experience with another painter. Mr. Felix was prompt with replying to our call message and followed through on every promise: he made appointments on time, and explained clearly how he would proceed with prep work, primer coat, paint color match, finished paint surface, and cleanup; and he completed the work when he said it would be done. Also, he did the job for the price estimate he provided. For us, it was a refreshing experience after dealing with many other contractors in Grand Junction. We needed all the trim painted on our house. Hugo from TOP CHOICE PAINTING showed up at the appointed time for the estimate and submitted the estimate that evening with paint choices and pricing. Very professional service with a 5 year guarantee. Sean and Jeff did the pressure washing and painting. Quiet, courteous, clean, and fast. Again, very professional. No regrets here.

Hugo and Top Choice just finished repainting several walls, door frames, trim, and wall/ceiling touch-up around our home. Hugo was very professional and prompt in all communication, from our first request for a quote through to the final walk through. He was polite and very accommodating to our requests (shoes off in the house) and schedule needs. Prices were reasonable and he made every effort to use old paint we had left over from the original owners to save money. When one color that we needed was found to be no longer produced, and the original store couldnt color match, he spent extra time going to Sherwin Williams to get an acceptable color and sheen match. He was very thorough and there was no nickel-and-diming when tiny things we didnt notice during the original quote were touched-up. At the final walk through he made note of any concerns we had (not many) and fixed them promptly. I would highly recommend Top Choice and we will use them again for any future painting needs.

Hugo, the owner of Top Choice Paint and Stain is hands on. The work he and his crew perform is exceptional. Hugo oversees and works alongside his team for every detail of the project. Our project included repainting the entire 4000 sq ft of interior walls and painting all dark-stained doors and wooden window casings white. I trusted Hugo from the moment I met him and asked if he could work while we were away. I received daily updates, and pictures. Each day he would inform me when he finished for the day and let me know his schedule for the next day. He was always on schedule. I cant say enough about Hugos work ethic, perfectionism and his polite manner. I highly recommend First Choice Paint and Stain.
