Came in give me a quote. Took my deposit. Nearly 4 months later cannot get a hold of them. And nothings been done. Do NOT work with these guys. Especially if your on any kind of time table and need reliable professional work.

The guy came to my house did measurements for an estimate. After this, I have called him for over 10 days without any response. Just stay from this guy he is very unprofessional and doesn't value his clients' time.

I have called and left messages for Joe to call me back after having to reschedule from Friday (9/8) at 11:30 to Monday (9/11) at 8 am. He never showed up nor did he call. I have texted him, called and left voice messages, and also sent an email and no response. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. I would not even try to attempt to call to do anymore. Don't waste your time.

They did an amazing job taking my bathroom that needed to be updated and have repairs done and making it look like a new bathroom that I want to spend as much time in as I can.

Three J Property Maintenance mounted two TV's onto brick (one in a screened porch & the other outside). I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, flexibility, thoroughness and end result. Will be using them again for any and all projects required!

Three J maintenance, Joe did great work & was a pleasure to do business with. He was prompt and professional, as well as extremely Accommodating. Our job involved electrical work/ install new lights, running wiring, remove & install sinks, as well as a few other jobs around the house. Communication was excellent & outlined the work, as well as the cost up front there was no hidden surprises, and all work was done on time as promised. We plan on using Joe again in the near future for another project. On a personal note, its a nice feeling to know that in this day & age of so called professionals that dont even make the time to call you back - after leaving many messages, etc. that there is a reliable professional Three J / Joe, to call upon.

I reached out and spoke with Joe Linder he was very responsive and professional. I had him install new mailboxes at my apartment complex located in Florence SC. He exceeded my expectations! The mailboxes came out better than I imagined. He built two custom mailbox posts designed to hold 5 mailboxes per post Ill definitely be using Three J Property Maintenance again!
