I hired THL Home Improvement to paint the interior trim and doors of my new construction home in April 2025, and what started as a decent experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The entire trim was painted the wrong color, and the workmanship was abysmalmultiple paint runs, rough brush strokes, and paint splattered on my new black windows and door hinges. After just one week, Tim requested a cash draw for half the agreed-upon price, which felt premature given the progress. Worse, after two weeks, the crew stopped showing up entirely. I tried contacting Tim via phone and text, but he ignored methough he answered immediately when I called from a different number. Despite giving him multiple chances to complete the job and fix the issues, he repeatedly agreed to meetings and then failed to show, eventually changing his phone number. Now, Im left hiring another contractor to finish the job and sand and repaint all the trim and doors due to THLs poor work. I strongly advise against hiring this contractor.

Excellent folks to work with. Go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. Takes whatever steps necessary to have bodies present on a job/project when requested at a moments notice. Also makes no issues to address and handle any "extra" none projected aspects of the job whenever they may arise. Generally just awesome, hardworking, flexible, derail oriented, professional and pleasant people to work with. Would highly recommend. . A|++

Rude and unprofessional. The staff seems to have an attitude or chip on the shoulder. I also later noticed the only other review here was left by the actual owner of the business. 2/10 wouldnt recommend. There are plenty of painters in the area to not deal with attitude and unprofessionalism.

Tim and Holly and their crew did an amazing job painting our house, and quite a few additional home improvement jobs in the process. Their team came as close to "The way you would do it if you did it yourself" as we could have ever imagined. Highly recommend these guys, and will definitely call on them again!

Have had several interior projects completed by THL and very pleased with all of the work done. Work was done well and on timely basis. Got along well with all of the workers too. Will use again as soon as we have more things to be done.

The couple that came to paint was very Pleasant any questions I had they would answer also anything that I seen that needed repaint it they would repaint.

THL was hired to repair eaves, facia and install gutters for my elderly mother. She was very satisfied with the work and stated the charge was very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to hire someone to do home repair. The people we dealt with, Tim and Richard, were very professional, honest and trustworthy. A1!

The response time was excellent. With his help in picking the right paint and giving me a free quote. We were in business. They showed up on time and did an AWESOME job. Holly is an exceptional painter. She works hard and leaves no mess. I would hire the again for any remodeling needs.

Tim and Holly were very efficient in painting, cleaning and installing new lights not to mention cleaning gutters and helping haul a bunch of stuff. My wife Betty and I highly recommend them as they are conscientious about the work they do and do a great job. Because of them my house is ready to go on the market for sale.
