Juan and his brother were incredible. We had them in to repair some ceiling drywall that was sagging. Juan accommodated our schedule for the initial in-home estimate, was easy to communicate with daily, and was very informative in the initial visit, even offering us tips for the future. They worked hard and clean, came and went every day with ease, were very knowledgable of the repair and how homes were built in our area, offering insight into potential causes of the sagging from before we bought the home, and they left our house cleaner than they found it. The ceilings now look brand new and we couldn't be happier. It was hard to find a drywall-specific contractor, and I'm very glad we came across The Patch Brothers. Highly recommend.

We were staring up at a nightmare in our dining room ... a massive, football-sized hole in the ceiling, courtesy of a slow, sneaky bathtub leak from the floor above. It was an eyesore and a huge source of stress for us. After some internet searching, we stumbled upon The Patch Brothers (and I'm so glad I found the right one, because another company had a similar name). From the moment I called, it was a completely different experience. They were able to come out the VERY next day to assess the damage. No waiting around for a week, no vague appointment windows. They arrived, took a look at our ceiling catastrophe, and gave us a fair and reasonable quote right there on the spot. What struck me immediately was the complete absence of any sales pressure. There was no hassling, no upselling, just a calm, confident, and friendly conversation. It was clear these guys were true professionals who let their reputation do the talking. When it came to the actual repair, the team was simply outstanding. They were the epitome of professional, but also incredibly friendly and respectful of our time and our home. Their efficiency was something to behold; they worked with a speed and precision that only comes from deep experience. They were considerate of our space, and the craftsmanship is just flawless. I was very fortunate to find Juan and his team. I just moved back to Chicago from California and purchased a condo that had popcorn ceilings, 1x4s used as baseboards and next to no soundproofing between the units. They removed the popcorn ceilings and replaced all the baseboards and took down drywall to put in soundproofing and put up new drywall and repainted the areas that were upgraded. Juan communicates very well, is very punctual and you can rely on him to stick to the price and schedule. I highly recommend him!
