I had two areas to repair due to leaks around the A/C vent and a skylight leak. The owner priced the repairs @ $ 750. The repair person who came to do the work (Scott) said the repairs were much simpler. The owner agreed to remove the ceiling paint cost. Scott proceeded to go out and purchase 2 gallons of paint to paint two very small areas of of the ceiling. I do understand that both flat & semi-gloss were needed. WHY 1 gallon of each? I am left with close to 2 gallons of paint that I have no use for. I have asked the owner to bill me separately for each repair as the skylight leak was part of a new roof coating that was under warranty. No reply. I am an elder and do not have patience for waste and inefficiency.

I was referred to Patch Boys by my roofer following a leak that damaged my ceiling. I was particularly impressed by Jynnifer who booked the job and traveled to my home to give me an estimate. She was professional and I trusted her oversight of the job immediately. A couple weeks later a worker came to my home and did the job. He took great care covering my furniture and I was impressed with his ability to match the drywall texture and paint color. One piece of advice, I would have handled moving all the furniture before and after myself rather than rely on patch brothers. I felt it was a lot to expect a single person to do safely and without risk of damage to floors and furniture. Again, all went well and bottom line - Id use them again and will refer them to friends. Thanks Jynnifer.- and thats how she spells it.

The Patch Boys made my house whole. The price was reasonable. Rodney, Scott, and Jorge (their best men, courteous and friendly) did prep and cleanup, in addition to the actual wizardry of repairs. The unsightly ceiling cracks in nearly every room have vanished. The loose bathroom towel rack is now sturdy again. The overall project lasted 2-days. I work from home, and on Day 2, Jorge was respectful of my meeting schedule. (Day 1 was a holiday.) Home, however humble, deserves to be whole. Let The Patch Boys make yours whole again. They sent a nice lady, Jynnifer over to look at our ceiling damage from a leaky A/C. She did an extensive evaluation and gave me a quote about $400-500 less than expected! The repair guy came and got it all done in about 7hrs, less time than expected and even matched all of our paint and textures perfectly.. even touched up other small areas to match the new paint. They cleaned up about 95% of the mess which is better than I expected. VERY affordable (although he asked for the amnt -% discount, but obligated my quoted price w/o hesitation). VERY professionally done and in a timely manner that didn't take up my entire day. Would HIGHLY recommend!! Ben

Patch Boys Tucson exceeded every expectation we had. We recently hired them to repair several ceiling patches that had been done poorly by someone else, and the difference was unbelievable. Jorge handled our project, and his professionalism and skill were evident from the moment he arrived on time, prepared, and ready to work. I was truly amazed at the level of prep work before he even began the repairs. He meticulously masked off every floor surface and created floor-to-ceiling tented areas to protect the rest of the house. The attention to detail was beyond anything Ive seen from other contractors. What impressed me most was Jorges ability to match the ceiling texture. It takes real expertise to blend new drywall seamlessly into an existing pattern, and he did it flawlessly. There was absolutely no dust or debris when he finished he cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldnt have known any work had been done at all. Patch Boys was also a pleasure to work with from start to finish: responsive, professional, and committed to quality. Jorges skill level is exceptional, and the results speak for themselves. Patch Boys sent a drywaller to patch 6 places in my home for $612. The first person they sent took 7 hours for what was estimated to be a half day job. He wasn't clear on his instructions as he removed some existing texture from entire window sill and did not replace it or very sparsely sprayed it. He was only supposed to patch the corner and bottom ledge of that window. He sprayed texture on wet mud and when he knocked it down it was completely flat. He went way beyond what he was supposed to do and it did not look better. I called to let them know and they sent a Rep out the next day he agreed the job was sub standard. He returned the next day with a different drywaller and fixed the drywall patches very nicely. However I didn't notice the window areas had texture that was sparse at the top and thick at the bottom until I went paint, a few days later, . I called and let them know but have not heard back. This portion of the window was never supposed to be patched. It was covered or removed by the first person in error. I would not use Patch Boys again. I hired them because of all the 5 star reviews but they sent a person who wasn't very skilled and I had the inconvenience of having them out twice. I feel I could have gotten a similar repair job for half the price if I used a handyman. The finished job was done well except for the window sill which never should have been touched. The staff that came were all very nice and professional and cleaned up afterwards.
