We had an awesome experience with The Painting Craftsman!!!!! Justin the lead guy came out for the estimate for our steps and railings and wrought iron banisters that lead to our upstairs for a refresh renovation!!!!!! What a great job!!!! On time, constant communication and finished it in an appropriate time. Fantastic touch up around it with painting!!! Took steps down to bare wood and stain beautifully matched the other flooring. I am so pleased with this business and did a fantastic clean up! I highly recommend this business with No reservations!

We used The Painting Craftsmen to repaint our island cabinets. JR did an amazing job! He was excellent to work with as well. He communicated each day regarding what to expect the next day, called each morning when he was on the way, and arrived when he said he would. He was professional and detail oriented! The crew that came to paint my condo was amazing. They moved quickly but with quality workmanship. They were mindful and respectful of my belongings. They arrived and departed each day as expected. They were hired to fix work previously done by another vendor (cheaper is not better). I wish I would have started with them in the first place! They followed up with a post project walk through to ensure I was fully satisfied. I will absolutely use Painting Craftsmen as my go to painting company.

The key for a project in any industry is to have a plan so people like me have confidence. The team at Painting Craftsman did just that; from the initial visit and decision on product to the proper prep then application and finally a final look for touch ups. I don't write many endorsements yet this team of pros nailed it.

Everything went very well until it was time to paint the house. Met the owner/mgr Justin and the painter at the house, went over specifics and left the painter to do his work( Exterior painting/one story 1400sf house). He left after 2-3 hours first day, without informing mom ( whose house was being painted ) whether he'd be back or not. Had to call Justin , he returned call- painter would be back next day. Long/short, I had to go to the house 3 times during a week to see all the issues, take pics /send them to Justin, final time I just put painters tape all over the house. On the last day of painting it took the painter, an asst painter, and Justin about 3-4 hours to get the job as done as it was ever going to be. Mom's wood front door seemed to have been painted with an old cheap paintbrush, which had to now be sanded down and redone. House went from yellow to blue, and yellow was so obviously still visible all week until the last day. Contract included removing staples/screws and caulking where needed. Caulking never came out of the box they brought it in and the screw holes were left there and painted over. Justin did all he could to make it right, but it took more of my personal time than his to get this job done! Was comparatively as very expensive as the next estimates, and no discount was offered at the end of the work for all the aggravation. If you go with The Painting Craftsman, go for Justin , who is responsive and pleasant. If Luis shows up to paint your house, consider canceling your contract.

We live in a older home with many layers of interior paint and as it turns out many layers of old flooring. Having just had our floors and baseboards replaced, we wanted the walls freshly painted and the gaps that now show due to layers of flooring removed filled in. Justin and his team were communicative and punctual. They even flexed so that the painting could be done while we were away with our young children. We just had work done by another company and while it was great, pricing did not seem fair in comparison. We also love the fact that they work with a local handyman company so we don't have to call around to find someone to do other work I needed in our home. You have a lifelong customer.

Overall very nice work and time-efficient. Communications great before, during and after work (thanks Justin). We had a particularly difficult ceiling with some water stains and texture issues - took a little more effort than they originally anticipated but they worked at it until satisfied.
