Friendly staff and they provide free estimates, which I appreciate. But way more expensive than I expected. We called to get a quote on finishing a small painting job since I was freshly postpartum and husband was working. When doing the estimate, he spent less than 10 seconds looking at the kitchen cabinets we wanted painted (10 total cabinet doors in our tiny home) and quoted us upwards of $4k even though they had already been removed, prepped and sanded, and we bought the paint. We ended up having it done for just over $1k and it only took a couple hours. I also asked about having our LVP floors replaced with new LVP for 600sq ft, and without looking at any other room or anything else at all in the home, I was given another pretty high price range before the employee left quickly. He didnt even pull into my driveway, or write anything down for the actual quote, just parked on the street and got in and out as quick as possible. Just felt a little dismissive. Im sure their work is quality, but not competitive and not great for small jobs.

We recently had a kitchen project completed by The Honey Do Service, Inc. The estimator, Nelson, showed up on time and accurately inspected, listened to our concerns and projected what needed to be done following up with what we considered a fair cost for the project. Cody was the team member who completed the project. Cody was timely and completed every item on the agreement, he answered our questions and patiently explained what he would be doing and how long it would take to complete the repairs to our kitchen walls. He was through cleaning up the area. I would contact The Honey Do Service again and would recommend this company.

Top notch service and work! Their price was half that of another company. Cody was prompt, professional, and competent. He handled 2 jobs that we couldn't do, requiring climbing ladders. Would definitely recommend this company!

We found Honey Do at the home and garden show. Shortly after moving into our (finally) forever home we realized that there were tasks and things we wanted to do to make it truly ours. Like painting and exchanging chandeliers to our taste. Nelson came out and was very patient and professional with putting the estimate together. Cody arrive right on time both mornings and went right to work. He was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised at how he kept his work areas cleaned up as he went and made sure to take the boxes of the items we purchased with him with the trash. Jason came with Cody the second day and it was entertaining how they played off each other with setting up scaffolding in the middle of the living room keeping the mood light despite the major work being done. Once we have more honey do items to be done we will be calling again!

My second time using Honey Do. They removed my old water heater and installed the new one which they had to pick up from the vendor. Once finished, they cleaned up the entire area .

From start to finish, Honey Do Service was fantastic. Nelson (Estimator), Tara (Office Manager), and Jason (Craftsman) were all professional and great to work with. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Nelson quickly evaluated our repairs and provided a detailed estimate. Tara kept us updated and worked with us to reschedule when weather caused delays. Jason did outstanding work repairing our fence, building a new gate, replacing old posts, and fixing a roof issue. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and left the area spotless. Youd never know he had been there except that everything was fixed. Highly recommend!

Our first experience with The Honey Do Service will not be our last! The company responded quickly and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Nelson listened patiently and answered all my questions as I explained the repairs needed before offering a quote. Cody arrived promptly on the scheduled workdays. He was professional and polite. I was amazed at how tidy he kept the workspace even with repairs which were unavoidably dusty. His diligent work and precision make it hard to tell where he completed ceiling and drywall repairs. His caulking is immaculate. Im glad to find a place and people I can trust for our next home maintenance needs.

The team at The Honey Do was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, with efficient and professional with high quality results, on a short timetable given the urgency of the project. My project was out of the ordinary (an insulated trailer skirt) which needed some unique design considerations and creativity, to allow full time winter use to prevent freeze damage and provide warmth. With freezing temperatures coming fast, prompt timing and coordination was essential, and the team was quickly up to the task. To further complicate the effort, I live on the West Coast, and the project site was in Tennessee, so the entire effort was completed remotely across thousands of miles and time 4 time zones, needless to say extra coordination presented challenges. Crystal did a great job jumping on the effort, with understanding and empathy to the challenges, with concern and the person touch, to promptly get the project coordinated and booked, keeping me in the loop, and informed and setting expectations, along the way. Sampson did a remarkable job reviewing the design with me through several iterations, to iron out the details, with thorough on site walk through, with real time calls and photos and suggestions. I'm very detailed oriented and technical as a customer with DIY constructive experience, and he took all of my requirements from assembly to materials into consideration with a "let's do this" collaborative approach, along with productive and resourceful comments with constructive suggestions, not condescending. This gave me confidence that the requirements and details would be covered- a blessed relief for sure. It was a 2 day construction effort and David the craftsman knocked it out of the park! No details were "lost in translation", and no shortcuts were taken. He did not rush the job which required creative work arounds for unanticipated details. He called me for on site progress with real time photos of details and discoveries and suggestions. Again with my remote location, his patience and respect for clear explanation was outstanding, and his demeanor was personable and a good problem solver, and his work was quality with attention to detail. The project was completed on time, priced reasonably, and managed with professionalism and the personal touch, which these days is a breath of fresh air and reduces much stress, and on top of that a one year quality warranty gives peace of mind and standing behind their workmanship. I highly recommend The Honey Do Service Thanks team!

I had a fantastic experience with Honey Do! I saved up for almost a decade for a home renovations project that included ripping out and replacing flooring through most of the house, removing the popcorn from the entire ceiling, repainting all the walls and ceiling, and a handful of smaller odds and ends projects. Everyone at Honey Do from start to finish (Nelson, Tara, Cain, Cody, Jason) was kind, communicative, and excited to help! A large reno like mine should have caused me so much anxiety, but working with them was an absolute breeze, they took care of everything, and we even ended up slightly under budget! I will absolutely use them again (I already have another small project lined up with them) and cant sing their praises enough!

I had hired a contractor for my master bath, but decided not to use them for the remaining main bath. As a result I contacted Honey Do and was thrilled with their work. I would definitely use their service again. The sharp office manager provided a contract which was accurate and timely. They maintained contact if needed. The workers were on time and worked diligently. The primary work was by Dave Finny. A+ for every thing he touched -that man is a true talent. Precise, neat workmanship. No complains on any aspect of this companys work.

We are very pleased with the completion of our porch ceiling project. The company arranged to deliver the materials in advance so that we could reduce the cost by priming and painting them ourselves. Cody and Jason worked quickly & efficiently to install the beadboard ceiling & trim in a little more than half a day. They arrived early, worked independently, & cleaned up when finished. Tara, the office administrator, kept us informed of delivery schedules and work schedules. The entire project was completed in just two weeks.

Was very pleased with their service. Had a small tile job that was too much for us to handle, but had trouble finding someone to do it. Called Honey Do and Cain did an amazing job. What a pleasant experience it was working with Honey Do Service in Knoxville. Scheduling was convenient and professionally handled (Thanks, Tara!) and our technician (Cain) was extremely competent, pleasant, courteous, and clean. He installed a replacement front door and a vaulted ceiling fan for us in less than a day for a very reasonable price. We will be using them for other projects in the future.

We had a issue with our gutter and downspout. It was hanging off the side due to heavy winds and a broken bolt. We had a recommendation to call The Honey do service. Cain Frittswallace came out to evaluate the job. This young man was respectful, professional, and hard working. He was very kind. He did an excellent job on our gutters. We recently had the pleasure of working with Honey Do Service. They were referred to us by our roofers to look at some issues with our house siding. Nelson came out and looked at our siding and it turns out, we didnt need to replace it, it was just an aesthetic issue. We appreciated Nelsons honesty which speaks volumes to the companys integrity. We talked with Nelson a little bit more and it turns out we learned they could take care of some other things that needed attention around the house. He gave us an estimate on the spot for the work we needed completed.I contacted the office and was able to get scheduled the following day. The office personnel are extremely polite, easy to communicate with and prompt answering the phone. Cody came out today to complete the job request requested. We received a call prior to his arrival, advising us exactly when he would be here. Cody was polite, very personable and prompt. He did a fantastic job working with a really difficult overhead light and fan. He was patient, because we initially had purchased the wrong light but were able to get the correct one quickly. In talking with Cody more, it turns out Honey Do can install some very large blinds/shades on a wall that is 18 feet high. This is great news for us as we have had two shutter/blind companies refuse to install blinds that high. We will be scheduling the install with Honey Do and Cody as soon as we purchase the blinds. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and use them again... And again after that. Thanks Cody!!!
