Poor craftsmanship, Big disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of the drywall contractor who came to assess my ceiling. From the beginning of the visit, he was rude and unprofessional. Rather than conducting a fair assessment, he immediately attempted to place blame on the painters. When I pointed out that the issue appeared to be related to the quality of craftsmanship, he became defensive and dismissive, insisting it was basic physics that seams would be visible once light hit the drywall. I shared that Ive had drywall work done before and had not experienced this issue, which seemed to upset him further. Shockingly, he proceeded to throw his phone on my floor in an apparent attempt to teach me a lesson on physics, while raising his voice and yelling at me in my own home. At the end of the visit, he aggressively carried his ladder out and slammed it into my front door casing and trim, leaving a gouge in the woodwork. This behavior was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and disturbed by the unprofessional conduct I witnessed. I expect a higher standard of professionalism and respect, and I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.
