I wanted to refresh my workspace with a calm tone, something not too bright. They helped narrow down options without pushing anything. During the process, one section looked slightly uneven under artificial light, and they corrected it after checking. They also kept the area tidy, which helped since I was still using part of the room. The paint settled nicely after drying, and now the space feels more comfortable to work in for long hours.

After the incredible results of our 20' long ceiling water repair, we just finished a much bigger project. All doors, molding, mantel and crown molding now has a new beautiful off white fresh paint. I obtained 3 bids for a painting project, of which That 1 Painter was one of them. Although That 1 Painter was slightly higher than the other two, I chose That 1 Painter for my project due to the amount of 5 Star google reviews and reviews overall compared to the other two. I first met with the owner, Joe Valdez and discussed the project, then day of, I met with Adrian, the project manager, who got the project started. Then I met Luis, the project lead and Fernando, they were the two painters. They were amazing to say the least, very professional, took great care of the surroundings, not one drop of paint other than where it should be! They finished and cleaned up and my home looks amazing! I couldn't be any more pleased and whenever I have another painting project come up, That 1 Painter will be the first call I make! We got 2 bids on the same paint job to compare cost. Cristinas bid was higher than the other, so we stupidly chose the cheaper company. After the first day, we quickly realized we made a big mistake. Cristina and her crew came in and discovered wood rot that the first company had missed. She saved us from a future of flooding. We cant thank her enough. They did a fantastic job, and even finished 2 days ahead of schedule This company is amazing! Six star rating.

Thanks to 1 Painter for an awesome experience. I needed our front door repainted due to some damages and wanted to upgrade the exterior look. Adrian came out the following day and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what my vision was to ensure the process was successful. Adrian came back the next day to match the color (Malabar) and it was spot on! The device they used to match the color is fantastic. Adrian informed me he got us on the schedule for Friday 12/12/25 09:00-09:15 and provided their names, Christina and Kevin. They were both on time and very friendly. Christina reviewed what I needed to ensure we were all aligned. Kevin worked really fast and the finished product looks outstanding. The door looks new! Christina called to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with the results. Kevin left the remaining paint with us in the event we needed to repaint. I highly recommend 1 Painter. A manager arrived with the crew and inspected at the conclusion of the work. I had exterior caulking and fence stain work done. The guys performing the work were professional, courteous, and respectful of me and my property. The managers were helpful and mindful (we had to color match stain). The price was very reasonable and the people were terrific. Having them back in spring to do another project!

I had a water leak upstairs that ended up casing a ton of damage. I was skeptical that they could match the ceiling's drywall without leaving an obvious difference in the grain of the drag, but they were perfect! Carlos fixed this huge hole, matched the orange peel drag on the ceiling perfectly, and painted the entire ceiling. All in less than a day, with no mess left over. Ecstatic with the job they did.

After living with a huge open ceiling from water damage for two years, we finally called That 1 Painter. I wish we had done it sooner! From the start, they were responsive, professional, and honest. I was able to speak to a representative immediately and on the same day that I called, a rep came to my home and was able to give me a solid price for painting my master bedroom. Time set up for the work to be done. Jose showed up on time and had work completed (with drying time) within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I had a very dark colored room and now a soft cream/white. So happy. Will use company again.
