They came out to do all the touch up painting on a house we are moving out of and putting up to rent. Although we used the exact paint as selected when the house was built, the touch ups didn't match because the builder cut the original paint with water to save money which changes the color. Ty and the guys at That 1 Painter identified this immediately before the job was too far in. They contacted me and worked with me to come up with a solution that resolves the issue and also saved a lot of money. I have used them before on another job. The quality of work is always top notch. They are on time, communicate well, and complete the work on schedule. All the while, their prices have always met or beat the other estimates. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Ty was my salesman and contact throughout the project and great communication from start to finish. I definitely recommend them to all my neighbors, friends, and family. I had a great experience getting my house in Friendswood painted. It was a pretty complex job with siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and garage door. I worked with Ty and couldn't be happier with the before and after results. I will use them again for other projects coming up on the interior too.

The was hardly any prep work done on my exterior paint job. Had to tell painter to caulk cracks, had to tell painter two coats of paint, no surface cleaning, painted over mold, sprayed paint with 25 mph winds, paint over spray everywhere, damage to my yard, paint all over my landscape stone, did not have long enough extension ladder, tied two ladders together for some shady unsafe work, painted my new shingles and added on to final price with prep work primer. Not a happy customer.

I love that they are not just great at what they do, because they are, but that they care so much about giving back to the community. That means a lot! Plus, they are women owned! Yes! And as a bonus, they helped paint the interior walls of Bay Area Turning Point's shelter, giving victims of domestic and sexual violence a bright, clean, welcoming space when they start their journey of healing. That is priceless. I highly recommend!

That 1 Painter did an excellent job on the exterior of our beach house. From start to finish, they were professional, on time and very detailed. They did an awesome job preparing the house and then after the painting was done, cleaned up and placed everything where it belonged. I live 4.5 hours away from that location, so I had to work with them remotely. They were communicating with me throughout the project and sending pictures.
