**EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR** literally just got off the phone with the gentleman I am assuming owns this "family owned" business. After giving him a brief description of what we were looking to have done (drywall and framing mostly) on our basement of our newly constructed home in Rockford area he responded with this.."We do quotes and pricing, but when people call to get those on unfinished basements, like you are doing now, typically they have already called 10+ other companies and they are just looking for the cheapest price" he also said "We usually only do quality drywall on high-end homes" Well, thank you sir for assuming that We are cheapskates who only want cheap work done on our $250,000+ home, my very successful husband and I will gladly take our business elsewhere. Also, we did do our research and your company came to us by referral as well as the reviews from other local companies. I can't even imagine why they would refer such a "family" company after speaking with you. This person I spoke with also stated " Let me tell you, I went to give a quote on a basement before Christmas and they have yet to contact me or call me back about the price I gave them and it was a complete waste of my FRICKEN time." How does a professional business even begin to think using language like that is a way to attract quality customers? I could not even believe what I heard from him while simply trying to discuss with, what I thought to be a professional company, my goals for our future basement/family living area. In a competitive industry such as this, customer service is huge. I am sorry you have had poor experiences with customers who do not call you back because they have decided to go with another company for their business...maybe it has something to do with your terrible customer service skills, rudeness and poor language. Maybe you should rethink before going with this company for any home construction needs. If they are that quick to respond to a potential customer with such unprofessional behavior, I can't even imagine how they would handle the duration of your project.
