This is by far the worst company ever!! They are very incompetent and so unprofessional. They are a sub-contractor for DR Horton and I have had such a TERRIBLE experience with them. They mess up on scheduling, they hardly return calls...etc. They gave me a scheduled time frame that they would be at my house to fix the dry wall they put in at my house. They showed up after the window of time and when they did finally showed up, they only sent out one lady and all she did was take a picture and stated "the job was too big for her to do" and left. As she was leaving we asked for her name and the name and number to her supervisor, she stated she would be right back and never returned. Shortly after a young lady by the name of SOCO called and stated that their was some confusion and they would need to send another team out and that my furniture needed to be removed from the room (this was news to me, because no one ever said anything about that before they arrived). After rescheduling again, Soco calls back because she made a mistake in the schedule (go figure), being that I was at work I was unable to answer the phone at the time. I've been trying to call them back and I have gotten no answer. No one has time to keep asking people to say at their homes, or take off work for them not to show up on time and then not actually do any work If you decide to use this company please be prepared to get the run around. They might be the cheaper option, but cheaper is not always good. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
