my main floor of my house flooded and destroyed my ceiling in my basement and I had superior drywall come in and finish it out for me. They did a fantastic job. It looks like it never happened. I strongly recommend superior drywall for all of your drywall needs and they do other services as well.

Be careful if this company is doing work next to your house. I came out to find their crew coming onto my property to fill many 5 gallon buckets of water. The person whom identified as a 'supervisor' got snippy that they had tried to knock, but I didn't answer so it was ok for them to take my water. Apparently my property is theirs to use unless I expressly tell them no. It might seem like a small expense, but their is no excuse to an entitlement that someone can just trespass on others property and create an expense they have to pay just because it is more convenient and they aren't provided their needs by their company.

We recently did a house remodel with Superior and Scott was our contact person. He was available for questions and stopped by to check progress as needed. We have an older home and the drywallers did an excellent job! The ceilings, painting and woodwork were finished beautifully! They were also great at cleanup. Everything was done in a timely manner. I called Superior drywall for a quote. We were just wanting to get our garage drywall. They answer the phone in good time and set up appointment. We had him come out. He gave us a quote. I showed my husband and we decided to go with them. So I email back and said we would like to sign and commitment to them doing the job. Well about two weeks passed and I never heard anything so I called. The lady said she would tell the gentleman and get back to us. That been about 3 week and we have never heard anything from them. If they didnt want to do the job they could have said something. I rated them bad because to me this is very unprofessional. Now we dont know what to do so close to winter. EDIT: After I posted this review, the gentleman finally got back to me. We had them drywall our garage. From what I seen they have done a good job. We havent started painting yet. They did clean up and the guys on the job were really nice.

Called this business requesting a quote on some work I needed done. Came over at the appointed time and gave me a fair estimate. I was then put on the list of jobs. This work was kind of time sensitive but hey everyone is so darn busy. Well as i was waiting for my turn they called and said they could start early! Even sent a crew out to to help me move stuff rapidly. Then they came out to do the job. Fabulous job! Very respectful of property and on time. Definately would work with these people again.

Jeff was our primary contact. He managed the work effort and was readily available to stop by several times to check on workers, answer questions, explain next steps. Drywallers did an excellent job. Very prompt, professional, and cleaned up after. Work was performed on time. The end result looks great. Everyone was very courteous and easy to interact with. Jeff was AMAZING. He even stopped by several weeks later to touch up a spot that I noticed when I was painting. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior.

We called several drywall companies in the area for a decent sized project ( hang and finish 40 sheets and remove texture/smooth ceilings in whole house). Of the other companies, some didn't want the job or came in very high with their bid. Superior Drywall properly assessed our project and priced it accordingly. Carlos and Charlie always communicated with us and if things did not always go as planned, they were quick to fix it. Carlos and Charlie have a great crew of Hangers and Finishers. Thank you Superior Drywall for helping us with our Renovation Project.

I waited over two months to post this review, hoping that Superior would finally come through. Almost four months ago, after THREE calls, Carlos (the owner) finally stopped by to see the work we wanted done. He struck me as very professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me a ballpark figure and said he'd have an estimate ready soon. After TEN follow up calls, including one just a week ago, I still have received zero responses. Of those ten calls, EIGHT went unanswered. Of those ten calls SEVEN went to their main number. Only twice did someone actually answer -- both times with, "I'll pass your message along." On three of those calls, I left a message. On two occasions the mailbox was full and wouldn't take any more messages! Of the ten calls, three went to Carlos' personal cell number. Once he answered and said, "Let me check when I get back to the office and see what happened to your estimate." One call to Carlos went to voice mail (I left a message). On the other call, I got a message that his inbox was to full to take a message. The bottom line is that four months later, I still have no estimate. I've never been called back. I understand that it's hard to find willing drywall companies in Bloomington-Normal. However, the professional response would be, "We can't get to you for six weeks." No response is not acceptable.

Superior drywalled our church in Downs Il. Carlos was great to work with. His team was dedicated to the task at hand. They worked from the time they arrived until it was time to go home. They made the job look easy. After hanging and finishing over 800 4x12 sheets of 5/8 drywall I can honestly say they are artists. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Also they cleaned up after the job was done much better than expected. Their price was more than fair and their work was top notch. I will definately use them on future jobs.

Called to have a quote for a job after some water damage. They came out and told me that they would send me a quote and get me on the schedule. They said that it wasn't too bad and that they could fix it with no problem. After they left I never heard from them again. I should have known they didn't want the job when they never took pictures or measurements. Sad, I had heard good things about this company.

Charlie worked with us from start to finish and was attentive every step of the way. The employees worked quickly, cleanly and expertly on our walls. We recently wanted to update our kitchen because we did not like the existing cabinets, but the cost to replace them was going to be fairly expensive with it being such a large kitchen. I spoke with Carlos about the possibility of painting the cabinets instead. I was worried that it would not look nice after painting them, he assured us that we would not even be able to tell the difference and he was right! They look amazing and the cost was very reasonable, so much so that we have now hired them to paint our living room. Thank you Carlos and also to the rest of your crew!
