We initially chose this company because they seemed professional, but we deeply regret that decision. What started as a positive experience quickly devolved into inconsistent communication and unacceptable craftsmanship. The flooring across our entire main level was poorly installedit is uneven, visibly flawed, and literally falling apart. When we reached out for corrections, the company stalled for months. Eventually, they admitted they no longer have a flooring specialist available to fix their own mistakes. As professionals, they should have advised us on necessary prep work, such as floor leveling. Had they suggested it, we would have gladly paid the extra cost to ensure a quality result. Instead, they proceeded with a subpar installation and later asked us to remove our initial 5-star review (which was posted before the structural issues became apparent). We are now left with a floor that is in worse condition than the one we replaced, forcing us to pay another company to rip it out and start over. Due to their lack of accountability and poor results, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your project.

I recently renovated my main bathroom. I wanted to do some of it myself but had Anthony come in to do the projects that were beyond my skill set. Anthony replaced the tub, did the tile work in the shower/tub area, and trimmed out the shower window. I also had him replace my sliding patio door. He did fantastic work for a reasonable price. There were no surprises at the end. I highly recommend Anthony and Sub Zero Construction!

Had Tony come over and give us an estimate on tearing out and disposing of wood from our old deck and building new out of red cedar. He gave us four estimates on using different types of wood as well as composite. We made our decision and they gave us an estimate of when they could start. The new deck was going to butt up right next to my flower garden so I understood that some of my plants would get stepped on due to their proximity to the new deck. There was not even one plant that was damaged!! We were even out of town when they built the deck. It was built to our specifications and looks awesome. They were immaculate in cleaning up the job site..no old wood or nails left behind. Tony was very professional and pleasant to work with. We would definitely hire them again for any future projects we might have.

After contacting Sub Zero and promptly getting feedback and a quote, we had a path to remove all of the popcorn ceiling and random wall texture. Anthony and his team were a pleasure to work with, guiding us through the remodel with professionalism, great ideas, and obvious experience. They completely gutted our upstairs down to the studs and transformed our space into a peaceful sanctuary. Anthony was clear, thoughtful, and considerate throughout the process. He worked with us as new ideas came up and was flexible which allowed us to be more creative as it came together. His team cleaned up daily and made sure to reduce the disruption to our daily lives during the project. Sub Zero handled a partial bathroom remodel for me this last spring. I was really impressed by the work. Most of the job was replacing some drywall and they were able to match everything seamlessly. I feel like they went above and beyond making sure everything was good. They also talked through some design questions I had to in order to choose the best outcome. No corner cutting and THEY CLEANED UP every day they were here! I highly recommend them and will hopefully have them back for future projects. (I would post pictures, but I don't want them judged on my painting skills.)
