We had a support post at the entrance to our home, and the wrought iron fence/gate to our patio that needed painting. Rodney sent Louis to do the work, and the work was done with fantastic results. The support post had an area with water damage, so this spot was treated with a filler, then sanded down. The fence/gate had begun to rust so Louis sanded them and painted the surfaces with a rust preventing primer, then followed up with the paint. Great results!

I had a small-ish job redoing drywall and painting around a replacement bathtub/shower combo. These folks were quick to respond with a very good quote, and quick to show up to do amazing work. Even the plumbers were astonished and asked who did the drywall and painting work so they could refer their customers since theyve been having such a tough time finding companies worth recommending they quit recommending altogether. I would definitely have these folks do future drywall and interior painting work for me everything was top notch and they worked around my busy schedule.

Where to begin? The team at Straight Line immediately stood out while preparing our estimate. They didnt balk at any challenge, offered to address issues I hadnt even noticed, and their final quote was imminently reasonable. They painted the whole interior of my 4100 square foot house: painted walls and trim, touched up ceilings, patched drywall holes, caulked where it was missing, and stained the front door. All ahead of schedule. Not surprise costs. No excuses. I will absolutely be going with the Straight Line for all of our future projects!

This was our first time hiring painters and it was such a good experience! We had them paint our living room and foyer with 18ft walls as well as the kitchen. They finished in a day and the work is beautiful. Not a drip or smudge or brush stroke in sight, its almost like it was airbrushed, even around the cabinets. Rodney was easy to reach and responsive. Straight line painting and drywall was recommended to us for drywall repair and repainting after we had extensive electrical damage due to a direct lightning strike. They repaired the holes in our ceilings and walls in multiple rooms and hallways. It was a week-long job and required a team with experience and skills in drywall repair and painting. They were very responsive, showed up and called when they said they would. They advertise that they hire workers with good attitudes, which was true and refreshing since we were living in the house during repairs. If you're looking to have any painting or drywall repair done, definitely give these guys a call. Rodney came out a few days after my call to measure for a quote. I had my quote the next day. I let them know the quote was good and before I could even sign the proposal and write the check for the down payment, they had me on the schedule for the next day. His team showed up at 7am and completed the entire job inside and out the same day. When I came home that evening there was no mess to clean up and everything looked great. I had one spot that I thought needed fixed and he had a guy there the next morning at 7am to fix it perfectly. Don't waste your time calling for other quotes. Due to an improperly installed upstairs bathtub overflow cover, we experienced horrible leaking onto our downstairs ceiling which dissolved several yards of drywall along the taped joints. I knew the retaping and subsequent painting of 700+ sqft of ceiling was too much of a job for me, so I decided to find a contractor. I talked to several local painters and received several quotes, but I was the most comfortable with Straight Line Painting and Drywall for several reasons. Rodney came to my house to estimate the job and inspect everything carefully; not the case with others who gave me online quotes sight unseen. He carefully told me how he would approach the job and then put that, and the entire scope of work, in a professional written estimate. But his approach was what sealed the deal. Unlike other painters who wanted to mud and paint the same day, he allowed for multiple trips to make sure the mudding was completely cured. His team arrived at the scheduled time on all days - they were courteous, very comprehensive in covering all furniture and appliances in the area to be painted, and they worked efficiently and professionally. His team delivered the job exactly as quoted, swept and removed everything they came with, and for a fair price. Were excited to have our ceiling back and the new paint looks great.
