We appreciated the quality job and workmen. Victor and Warner were excellent, as were the air conditioning men. It was a large job, that took 2 weeks, under very hot conditions. During the entire time, they were hard working , had a positive attitude, were polite, were respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Steven was responsive to our initial call and all other calls, he scheduled the job in a timely manner and the job was completed prior to a requested deadline. We will call Steven Drywall & Home Repair for future projects.

We highly recommend Steven Drywall & Home Repair LLC for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. In October, Steven Drywall installed a new roof on our home. The installers were friendly and hard-working. Phone calls and emails were promptly answered. Immediately following a strong windstorm in February, Steven followed up to make sure there were no issues with the roof. He looked for leaks in the attic and used a drone to inspect the entire roof for any damage. There were no issues.

This group has done two big jobs for us so far. At our last place they took down, patched popcorn ceiling and installed new sheet rock around a fireplace, and repaired all walls and ceilings for paint. Not only did they do sheetrock. We couldn't find a plumber and his friend was a plumber and was there right away and took care of it. At our new house they closed in a attic space with new sheetrock, put new sheetrock in a bathroom, and repaired all issues for paint. Their work is like glass. They show up when they say they will, and they do the work in a timely manner. Very professional and will be using them again when we remodel the downstairs later this year.

My initial plan was to speak with at least three companies before making a final decision. However, after talking with and meeting Steven during the home visit to evaluate what was needed, there was no need for me to contact anyone else. Steven was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although Steven and his company does many large projects, Steven made me feel like my bathroom repair was very important and said he would be happy to do it. I highly recommend Steven and his team. This is the second project I have used Steven and his team this year. Steven and his team is the first and only call I make when I need work done on our house. Whenever I call Steven if he is unavailable always calls me back. One of the things I really like about Steven is when we agree on the work his team is to do he sends a contract for me to sign. I like this because it spells out exactly what we both are responsible for during the project duration. The team Steven sends are very knowledgeable, professional, and work independently. Steven is there when the project starts, but afterwards is just the team he has assigned to do the work. They arrive at the start of the day and work very hard throughout the day. In other words they know what they have to do and they get after it and stay with it no matter how long it takes. They clean up at the end of each day. The team knows what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend Steven and his team. Until I found Steven and his team I had a very hard time finding a contractor that would return my calls, or once we agreed on a price and scope of work would disappear. Plus Stevens estimates were very competitive if not better than the contractors that just disappeared. I feel very fortunate I found Steven no his team and is why I only call him instead of wasting my time with other contractors.

Those are the things that are most important when having work done on your home. Steven Drywall excelled. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of workmanship Steven and his crew demonstrated. They replaced the entire roof, power washed the soffits and eaves, and replaced the gutters and downspouts with seamless gutters. They were respectful of our landscaping and shrubbery during the entire time working, and cleaned up the area each day. Steven did the BEST power washing I have seen from high on the ladder and made the vinyl look almost brand new! I am still amazed when I look up at how clean and bright the vinyl and new gutters look against the new shingled roof. I am having Steven and his crew replace an entire front entryway with transom and sidelights because of the confidence I have in his work, and he will remain the first contractor I call for future repair work. I am including aerial pictures taken by done to show the quality of work and level of difficulty with the many pitches and angles of our roof.
