First time I called they took my information and said someone would call me back. 5 days later I called backed because they didnt. Again they took some information and said the estimator is in a meeting and as soon as its done he would call me back. Here I am 3 days after that with no call. Call someone else, they clearly don't want the business.

We used states. The final result was good enough for what I wanted, but was by no means perfect. But, they were on time, Fast, and nearly half the cost of the only two places that actually got back to me. It was worth the price.

I am happy with the final product. I had a few complaints, see CONs below. Overall, I think the end result was well worth the cost. I don't think I'd have a problem using them again, I'd definitely adjust my expectations when it comes to the service/timing piece of it. PRO ------ * Easy to work with. (I worked with Mike Keith) * Price was good, (be honest with what you are looking for and they gave options of what they could do) * Gave me a couple ideas to finish up what i was looking for. * Fast CON ------ * Had a standing appointment, that they couldn't meet. They didn't call me, i only found out when i called to find out where they were when it was 45 minutes beyond when they said they'd be there (8am). They still make it that day and finished that day, but they didn't consider that i had taken time off work to get the dog out of the house. Some common courtesy would have gone a long ways. * After getting the quote, i shopped around a bit, Mike told me I could just text or call him to let him know if i wanted to go forward. I called and texted and got no response. I had to call the States office directly. Not really a problem, but don't tell me one thing if you aren't going to honor it. * Didn't really clean up. I expected drywall dust, and broken pieces, but i had to pick up a dozen nails that look like they were just dropped and too lazy to pick up. (It was all in an empty room, i could see them plain as day)
