I hired them for repainting a guest room that hadnt been used in a while. The walls had small marks and uneven spots. They handled those before painting, which made a difference. I did notice one corner that looked slightly off, and they fixed it when I pointed it out. The room now looks fresh and ready. Its a simple upgrade, but noticeable.

Jose and crew did a wonderful job painting all of the white trim in our home, which included all doors, bathroom cabinets, crown moldings, etc. two full days of work. They did it all without spilling any paint drops in our new wood floor. Love the quality!!!

We have used Southern Painting in Arlington/ Mansfield for about 5 different projects in the last 8 years. We are very happy with them. We have always dealt with David Dozier. David is very knowledgeable, very patient with all of our questions, very good about following up during the projects, very personable, and very friendly. Our last project was just completed in January 2026.They painted the interior this time. In the past they have painted the exterior of our home, a few different interior projects, and painted our fireplace. We highly recommend.

Southern Painting Highly Recommended! Southern Painting recently completed a full exterior project on our two-story home, including replacing all of the trim and repainting the entire exterior. They used high-quality Sherwin-Williams products, and the results are outstanding. Our sales representative, Scott, was wonderful to work withprofessional, and responsive throughout the entire process. We also appreciated that the owner, David, personally came out to inspect the workmanship and took time to address all of our questions. The pricing was reasonable and they also support MilitaryVeterans. The crews quality of work, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. Southern Painting truly stands behind their work, and it shows. We couldnt be happier with the finished product and highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Southern Painting has been an outstanding partner for us at St. Barnabas United Methodist Church. As the Facility and Operations Manager, Ive worked with them on several projects, both large and small, and they continue to exceed every expectation. They completed the full repainting of our Early Education Center as well as a major hallway that connects our Atrium and Narthex. Both projects were finished on schedule, with excellent communication throughout, and the results look fantastic. Their team is reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to quality. Weve built a great working relationship, which is why theyll be returning in December to take on our Choir Room, Atrium, and Gym. We recently rehired them to update our exterior paint color and repair trim work that was deteriorating. From the initial house call for the estimate through the final touches and clean up, we were thoroughly impressed with their owners, coordinators, and work crew. They only used high quality products, and their intensive prep work kept our entire property protected from overspray or accidental spills. One of the very best contracting jobs performed at my property. The Southern Painting team from Estimator Tim Kelly , Project Manager Richard Carvazos, Site Foreman to team members were customer focused, extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Cannot say enough on how flexible and accommodating on work scope changes made frequently by owner and requested start work and stop work time. Most note worthy was their knowledge on best practice, best coating product and their home interior and exterior inspection guidance on recommended coating maintenance. You definitely want them doing your coating projects.

I used Southern Painting because they were well recommended. I can not express in words my gratitude and joy for all they did! Yes, they use premium paints and yes they were meticulous as they worked... but it was so much more than that. It was the excitement Chris had as he watched the project unfold. He mustve driven by two or three extra times right before Thanksgiving just to see it again just to make sure that everything was going great. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. This is just an example of what really touched me. They had removed my metal mailbox from my house and I was going to paint that after they had finished their work well unbeknownst to me they actually painted my mailbox for me. It was such a small but such a big thing! It Was so worth every penny I cannot recommend them highly enough and Chris was amazing. They have my business forever.

We utilized Southern Painting to restrain our 1 and 2-car garage doors, wood accents on the outside of the house, as well as our front door. David Dozier was so very pleasant and fair. He was able to match our existing color and provide service at a very fair and reasonable price. The front door was the most challenging as there were rivets and hardware to remove but his team did such an amazing job on the front door that it looks like we just bought a brand new door. We are so pleased with the work that when we have another painting job, we have our person to reach out to for assistance. If you need an honest painting company who has the most amazing team, reach out to Southern Painting. You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What was supposed to be a dream project that we saved our hard earned money for has literally DESTROYED our home. Guy named Chris lied to me and my partners face about painting our house a certain color. In the initial meeting he was excited, promised all of these things and how AMAZING our house was going to look. Fast forward a few months and it is a complete nightmare. The vinyl that was painted has warped entirely and has literally destroyed our house and its looks. Guy claims he told me and my partner this in the discussions (complete and utter lie as why would we even continue and waste our money if that were the case???) And refused to honor a warranty of any sorts. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT use this company for anything as they are not good people and will lie and say anything to get a sale out of you. BEYOND disappointed, frustrated and upset at the fact that they are scum. Just do not use this company at all or ever for anything home related. Will be posting this review on as many sites to get visibility going for the way they did our home

My wife and I have used Southern Painting multiple times over years. We use them for all of our painting projects. Chris White is great to work with. He listens to the details about our project and offers great feedback. Sometimes preventing us from making a big mistake. SP uses only quality paint and they have highly skilled work crews. The work is performed quickly and we all do a final walk through. Great people to work with.

Had them paint three rooms plus do some sheet rock repair at my parents home. Fast forward to now 10 months later paint has piled off the doors they painted and he would only roll paint the doors never took off doors to paint. They even textured the walls. If you even touch the walls barely the paint chips off. Waste of $4,000 cuz now Im in process of hiring someone to fix what I paid them to do. Their workers weir nice but I even called two times to come back out to fix things and I was only ever given an excuse as to why and never given the option for him to correct it or fix it. So yes nice man when he comes out and gives estimate and prepares you for the start day. But after the job and money is paid, the service that was done was not what I was promised, expected nor worth what I paid. I would definitely not recommend nor would I use Southern Painting EVER again!

David Dozier was awesome to work with. We were having our house painted following replacing our windows. Then the hail storm hit. We had to delay due to roof replacement. We needed SP to work with our roofer so we could paint the fascia after gutters were removed but before new gutters went up. Our contractors worked together to do a great job for us. SP was extremely flexible with our scheduling needs. They also caulked everything prior to painting to ensure a great seal and extend the life of our house. Great job. Thanks David!
