We hired Sotos Painting and Repairs to repair drywall, repaint, and expand a doorway in our basement. Cesar, Yuri, and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work, service and communication was excellent through the entire project! They were on time, courteous, and careful every step of the way. Yuri responded immediately to every email, and Cesar made an effort to explain every aspect of the work each morning. They arrived exactly as expected each day and were very flexible in working around other contractors we had coming in and out of the course of a couple of weeks. The final outcome was better than we had hoped - great attention to detail and went above and beyond with finishing touches. Weve worked with several local contractors, and were hugely impressed by Sotos. We will 100% hire them for our next project!

We used Soto for painting and repairing the shingles on the front of our house. Juan was very careful about replacing any damaged shingles, priming and caulking before doing any painting. Two coats were applied after repairs were completed. We thought the result was excellent. I used Soto's for wallpaper removal, painting, and repair of a couple holes from old recessed lights in my textured basement ceiling. The team did a fantastic job in smoothing out the wall after wallpaper removal, and subsequently painting over the walls. The team was polite, courteous, and cleaned up each day. I would recommend them highly.

My husband and I used Soto's Painting and Repairs to paint our remodeled basement, kitchen, family room and dining room. First, Judy is terrific -- always prompt and clear about pricing and details. Cesar is highly professional and his team finished the job in the time they said they would. They cleaned up each day and did an excellent job. We found a few spots that needed fixed once the paint dried (which is normal) and while with many painters you might be hesitant to say anything, Cesar said "we want you to be happy" so he came back and touched up the spots. Where can you find this type of service in a big city? We feel very lucky to have found them and in fact, we are asking them for an estimate to remodel our upstairs bathroom and paining our second floor. Round two! You should feel confident if you hire them. You will be happy and your home will look beautiful!

We had our house exterior painted last fall by Sotos. They were prompt in answering questions but 6 months post work, I have been disappointed with the quality. The work was finished in the fall and it took until the summer to really see how its turned out. There are a lot of drips that dried so changed the texture, paint got onto our porch and window screens. Our hope that this was going to look good for a long time, but even less than a year in, Im disappointed and wish I hadnt paid as much as we did for this project.

We had an excellent experience with Soto Painting. They were were responsive and professional. The paint work in our house is excellent- we had our living room painted as well as our front door and shutters. They patched the holes I had accidentally made while hanging pictures so nicely you cant tell anything was there. They were also very conscientious about keeping our house clean during and after their work too. We will definitely contact them again and would highly recommend them!

Soto's Painting and Repairs is a one-of-a-kind company! My father built my husband and I an arbor for our wedding day and unfortunately the arbor was damaged when moving. I had plans to fix it with my father but he passed away unexpectedly. Soto's was quickly able to repair and re-stain the arbor in time for my father's funeral reception. Not only that - they were able to do so at a fair price, and the results were phenomenal! The arbor looks better than brand new, and I know my Dad would approve of their attention to detail and quality of work. I cannot recommend Soto's enough, and I certainly plan to use them again and again in the future. Soto's is simply unbeatable!

We decided on a start date with estimated hours needed per day. They were on time at arrival and departure. Kept the mess to a bare minimum. Cesar and his assistant were professional and kind.
