I would highly recommend Snyder Bros Painting for both interior and exterior painting! They did both for us, and the jobs turned out beautiful! Our exterior job was especially challenging and they got it done with quality and cleanup exceeding our expectations. We had one hiccup with a mutual miscommunication, but they took full ownership of it and made it right. We know two other friends who hired Snyder Bros, and both were also very happy. The owner, estimator, project manager, and painters were all friendly and professional. It's much harder to find contractors that do things the right way these days, but they definitely do.

We had our kitchen cabinets, family room and loft painted. They were to start on Monday and finish on Friday just as Jack said . AND THEY DID!!! So refreshing for a business to do exactly what they promised. Our team was Al and Jay for the cabinets which came out AMAZING, and Tony, Sam and Dave for the two rooms. They were neat and accommodating. Cleaned up so well after. Really liked them all. Very professional. I'd add photos but not sure how from phone to computer.

My wife called this company and talked to Jack Snyder. He came to our house and gave us estimates and told us he can schedule it in next few weeks but after that he stopped responding. No response to calls or emails. I bet their work is as poor as their communication. Would not recommend After first review the owner responded quickly that they will resolve the issues asap. Sent all the information and prior communication, after weeks still no response. Thats just shows how bad these people are. Rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. Dont fall for the trap and waste your time.

I worked specifically with John Synder, and he went above and beyond to work with me to ensure that the job again went far beyond my expectations. What made the experience even above and beyond is that I lived in Illinios, and the work was done in North Royalton, OH. which, with not personally being able to oversee the work meant even more the trust I needed to place with them. We engaged Snyder Brothers to paint the entire interior of our new home. We received a prompt estimate (which was lower than the other proposals we received) and our final bill was exactly equal to the estimate. The painters were in our home for three weeks and, at all times they were working hard, courteous and responsive to our questions and requests. And the results are great - - our 20 year old home looks like new! I would strongly recommend Snyder Brothers!

Good at painting, not plaster/drywall repair. Jack was extremely rude and unprofessional in managing our project. ----------- Updated after initial review to give more context based on owner's reply to initial review. Our home was built in the 1950s and had cracks in our plaster. Jack assured us that the team he would send could handle working with plaster. The plaster expert he sent the morning of Day 1 on the job informed me he was just going to, " ...put mud over existing cracks and tape that were already there vs. removing old tape and loose plaster around the crack." I was alarmed since the owner of Snyder Brothers, Alan, said his guys would remove the old tape and loose plaster around the crack. I contacted Jack immediately saying I was concerned about his plaster expert's approach. Jack told me he was on vacation in Florida and to deal with project lead at the job regarding my concerns. The project lead told me to call the main company line which sent me to Jack's voicemail. I left a voicemail and shortly after leaving the voicemail , I received a text from Jack saying not to bother him. Instead of sending out another plaster person or giving me another resource at the company to help me address my concerns, I was left to deal with it myself. I decided to not have Snyder Brothers perform the plaster repairs, but still do the wall paper removal/ painting, however, they couldn't paint until the plaster was repaired. This would cause the project to be delayed by weeks. It was now on me to identify, interview and select a qualified professional to repair our plaster since I was told to not bother the person I originally paid to do a job they said they would do. After spending nearly 15 hrs. identifying and interviewing plaster professionals we eventually settled on someone. I reached out to Jack when he got back from vacation to reschedule the painting crew to come out weeks after the first crew came. When the second crew came, they got to work and did a great job painting. They were kind, attentive and answered any questions we had. When the job was done and they cashed my check, I received an email from Jack, who was on another vacation out of the country, saying he did not want to do business with us again since he wants to "..only do business with people that trust him and his team." Also, I learned from the second painting crew that the "plaster expert" that was sent out to our home originally was no longer working for the company. In summary, Jack did not have enough time to help me while he was on vacation in the US, but had enough time to write me a nasty email while he was out of the country after excepting my payment. All he had to do was send out another plaster expert or put me in touch with someone that could help me while he was on vacation. His refusal to help me delayed our project by weeks, cost me more money, wasted hours spent on finding more contractors, etc. His willingness to take time to write a nasty email while out of the country vs. taking time to help me in the middle of our project speaks volumes. Again, the painters did great with wallpaper removal and painting. After leaving a 1 star review, I spoke to the owner Alan and explained the situation. He apologized for the experience we had and said he will take measures to prevent others from having that experience in the future. I am leaving the 1 star to because that was unfortunately our experience. I hope that future customers don't have the same experience we had. Also, I never received any form of apology from Jack on his behavior and communication.

They were accommodating and professional and gave us several referrals for other services in the area that also turned out to be very helpful. They could have charged us for much more, but they were honest about the painting that needed to be done in order for the house to sell. Their work was excellent, too.
