We had a great experience with Shawluxe! They painted our garage and a new office space for us. Kyle was very easy to work with. He came out to both spaces very quickly and we received quotes the same day. Both paint jobs were scheduled within days of the spaces being ready for them. Each job was finished in one day! The crew was very skillful and professional. We had a wonderful experience with Shawluxe and highly recommend them!

These guys were awesome from beginning to end. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They left their shoes at the door and protected the wood floors with paper. They completely sealed the room so that dust did not escape from what was an unbelievable mess of drywall dust. They did an excellent job of popcorn removal and when they finished they left no trace that they had been there. It could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend ShawLuxe and will definitely be calling them again!

Had bathroom ventilation problem resulting in mold and wet spot areas. Problem was accessed by them, wallpaper in shower area removed, mold killed, repainting matched exactly wallpaper back ground. So far problem addressed and solved. Trim loosened and they came back and fixed. ((no extra charge)

Worth every penny. Shaw Luxe came highly recommended by my realtor upon the purchase of my home, and they have been exceptional throughout every stage of the remodel. From the outset they were available for an immediate and comprehensive in person consultation, during which they were attentive to my plans and ideas for the renovation. I explained that I was new to the whole process and they guided me to the right suppliers (namely Flooring Services, who were equally fantastic) and offered their own expert opinions. Throughout the process they were upfront and transparent with the pricing, showing me an itemized bill for the services they would provide which I signed prior to them beginning work. And the work itself was beyond what I had hoped for or expected. It was done quickly, efficiently, and beautifully. I had another contractor install countertops in my kitchen and the folks at Shaw Luxe were able to even correct their mistakes. I am thrilled I chose Shaw Luxe to remodel my home. They truly elevated it from something quite mediocre to something very special.

A couple of weeks ago we hired them for a $15,000 project, and my experience has been disappointing. While the team was friendly and accommodating at first, the quality of the work and their lack of follow-up have left me very frustrated. There are paint squares, drips, streaks, etc. throughout the home, and some paint spilled on the edges of the carpet and wood floors that Ive been working to clean up, and we have outlets that were not sealed properly when reinstalled. I'm happy to share photos here as well which I already emailed over to them a couple of times. It feels like the work was rushed without the necessary attention to detail. I repeatedly encouraged the team to take more time so we could address any issues, but it seems that wasnt done. To make matters worse, Ive reached out multiple times over the past week via calls and emails, but I havent received any response. For a project of this cost, I expected much higher standards. At this point, I cannot recommend their services. Id gladly update this review if these issues are addressed and they restore communication to make things right. _______________________________________________________________ Response to Owner's Reply on Google Reviews: I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but I respectfully disagree with several points youve made. My intention in leaving my review was not to diminish your business but to express my honest concerns about the quality of work and the lack of follow-up after the job was completed. To clarify, the ceilings in the basement were included because there were issues with the mudding that needed to be fixed, which we both agreed upon. While I acknowledge and appreciate that your team attempted to make things right, it doesnt negate the fact that the job was rushed, leaving paint squares throughout the home, paint on the carpet and wood floors, and outlets that were not sealed properly. You mention my lack of expertise in trades or remodel work as a factor, but I believe any homeowner would expect these types of issues to be avoidedespecially for a $15,000 project. I even went out of my way to accommodate your team, allowing extra time and providing flexibility so the work could be done properly. While I understand you take pride in your teams efforts, ignoring my calls and emails when I reached out to address these issues is what prompted my review. Its not about being ungratefulits about wanting the job done right and holding professionals accountable for the standards they promote. I hope you can see this from my perspective. Amazing experience with Shawluxe! We had quite a large project and they came in with a huge crew and finished expeditiously. I particularly want to mention project manager Kyle who was very responsive throughout the whole process, he took extra time to make sure we had the perfect color selection. Owner Brett also made sure everything was 100% top notch quality. Overall, we would recommend Shawluxe to anybody in need of any renovation work. They will be our go to guys for any other projects we will need in the future.

I reached out to Brett and his team to help with the transformation of a home I purchased back in April. It was a massive undertaking and it needed a lot of work and attention. 30 minutes after closing on the home, Brett and his team are at my house prepping everything and getting ready to make that transformation happen. If you need a reliable and talented team to come in and make your life/project 10x easier...this is the company for you! I had a closet straight from the 70's with a kitchen to match. We have had ShawLuxe do all of our painting and have recommended them to several friends. They have done most of the interior, several ceilings that needed repair after leaks, and the entire exterior. Brett and Kyle are wonderful to work with, from consulting to finished job. The crew is thorough and hard working. They did a great job on the interior, especially on blending in the ceiling repairs, and cleaned up well. The outside was a huge job that included many repairs as well as separate colors for the siding and trim and looks fantastic! They are quick, conscientious, and responsive. We've had many compliments and will absolutely have them back for the rest of our projects!

Shawluxe has helped us renovate two homes top to bottom, interiors and exteriors, built-in bookshelves, and a couple of kitchen renos including making those old cabinets new with paint! The price tag is always worth it! Brett and team do such thorough work. It's an awesome sight to see them descend on our house and knock out the project! They even take before pictures so they can move every thing before and after the job!!! The one time we hired someone else for a project was because their price was less than half of Shawluxe ... only to stop halfway through the project because they had quoted so poorly and the work they did do was AWFUL!!! Should've hired Shawluxe.
