Ive worked with many contractors in the past, and while no one is perfect, what truly sets the great ones apart is their ability to troubleshoot issues and help clients find solutions. SharpeWorks did that and more. I had the pleasure of working with Jon and his team to address a sinking foundation slab in my in-laws' downstairs and also remodel the space with a more modern design. House renovation in puyallup. It is now a year and a half and incomplete. Demanded payment prior to finishing. Left a mess at the front door making it impossible to sell property for 6 months. We notified him that due to delays unable to continue owning the property and must sell. ADA ramp still incomplete after 9 months. Contracted to be permitted did not submit permitting until 8 months later. Dont let the veteran owned sticker fool you. This man has zero honor and will rip you off.
