I'm a contractor that uses subcontractors on occasions when the jobs are a little bigger to help you know ensure efficiency and so the job gets done in a timely manner for my customers. I reached out to Shane mobley's lawn care and home repair and he told me he could build a roof over the existing deck that my company had built. In doing so the roof leaked within a week asked him to come fix it it took me a week to get a response. Replying with dude I'm working on a kitchen right now, talking to me as if our job was no longer any importance. Everything he did was not even to code. And he has created one big headache to try to get all this fixed it's going to cost twice as much now to do the roof. And he wants no parts in helping us to do so. Now we have to take him to court and try to see if the judge will ward us all of our money back which I'm sure we will get as nothing was done correctly. I do not recommend using their services for anything

Shane an his wife are an amazing team. Shane delivered our cabinets, installed them and set up all the appliances. During this huge install we found a roof leak on our new roof and Shane was able to help repair that before and huge storm hit. Im so happy with the services provided I will continue to work with them for many more improvement projects.

I hired Shane to finish my basement. He seem to have done a good job for the most part but then my one door fell off with the trim and everything attached and caused damage because when the door was opened the door, pulling on everything they cut the door frame too big and stuck all pieces of odds and ends of wood inside the gap, and which overtime with the door opening and closing caused it to fall and caused damage I contacted them to come fix it and theres still damage to my trim. When I reached out to his wife, she wants to get smart with me and ask questions to why I brought somebody else in to try to fix it and to be honest, I really didnt want to call them again because if they didnt do the work correctly the first time why would I want them to come back out and touch anything?

Shane was so great to work with! He was able to replace my deck that was extremely unsafe due to rotted boards. His company was extremely easy to communicate with, the estimate and total price was very reasonable and I love my deck! They are very reliable, great to work with and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in or around their house as well as any lawn care/outside needs!

I called Shane when the contractor I had disappeared on me! I needed a deck finished and shed doors installed... Shane stepped in and did a fantastic job!! Beautiful deck railings and wall with a stain and beautiful shed doors .. with some detail on bracing the flooring for the shed door.
