Santino took the challenging job of painting the kitchen and hallway cherry stained cabinets to white. My daughter wanted it done before she moved in. Santino had a plan and he executed it with precision. It took a little longer than expected as he had to sand, primer coat and spray finish. To get the quality he wanted, it took multiple coats of paint. He did a great job with the cleanup as well. All and all, his work exceeded expectations! I highly recommend Santino for great quality and attention to detail. DM

Santino isn't reliable. We agreed on a time for him to stop by and review the tasks I needed to be completed. Then he texts me, saying he has to get an oil change, so he'll be late. Okay. No big deal there. Then I got another text, hours later, saying he had a family emergency and can't stop by that day. We rescheduled for another day. We he came by, he seemed nice and made a list of what to get. He told me he had a big project, so on Friday he would come by to complete these tasks. On Wednesday, he texted me saying he had a cancelation and wanted to stop by on Thursday around 10 am. I agreed. 10 minutes before 10 am today (Thursday) he texted me saying he has really low tire pressure and he would let me know when he could stop by. A few hours later he texted me asking if I could reschedule to Friday. I informed him Im going with another handyman service because that is too much rescheduling for me.

I recently hired Santino to conduct repairs in my home. Including changing all my electrical outlets, hanging two new light fixtures and installing three ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms. Santino arrived right on time and had all the necessary tools to complete the tasks quickly! He was very professional and efficient! I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of home repairs or installations.

We had the greatest experience with Santino. We had a few things that needed attention, potential broken washer, sprinkler system that needed to be brought back to life, and a repositioning of a heavy wall hanging. He handled everything easily and professionally. Many construction guys are on their own time and he was punctual and ready to get to work and trouble shoot. We were almost about to purchase a new washer and he fixed the issue right away. We will definitely be using him again, I feel confident in his ability to handle many different kinds of problems and know how to fix them seamlessly and in a timely manner.

Santino replaced an old wall furnace. The new furnace was the closest match available but many modifications had to be made to install it in the existing location. Santino did an excellent job with all the modifications. The project involved plumbing, carpentry, ducting, and painting. I highly recommend Santino.
