I contacted Russel Renovation after months of delays trying to work with ServPro. We were working to renovate and enlarge a bathroom that had been damaged by a water leak. Russel Renovation came in to look at the work on the same day I called, had a quote ready by the next day, and construction started within a week. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and timely. They also helped us pick out matching tiles for our bathroom since this was our first bathroom renovation and we were a little unsure of what we wanted.

We used Russell Renovations LLC for a few different jobs in our home. We started with replacing our 50 year old main bathroom. Russell and his crew also replaced new doors and trim in my hallway. We had our floors redone by them and we are very happy with the finished product. We had a few estimates and all where much higher and some would not take out the old flooring nor fix the part of the floor that was not level. 9r move the furniture. I am disabled due to a bad back .Julian came in and said no problem he will take care of all of it . We bought the vinyl planks with his recommendation. Even came to the house and unloaded the planks from my car .with everything said and done and also replaced the molding the price was almost half the lowest estimate and none included the tear down or leveling the floor or moving furniture. I would have had to hire a 2nd contractor. There where no surprise costs what he told me is what I paid ..he was personable and professional and he backs up his work .I will be using them for other projects great job Julian. I really thought the floor leveling would cost me a ton of money with sub flooring replacement. In fact he knew what it was when he saw it so it was not a problem to fix

The kitchen renovation project is usually very time consuming and tiresome job, and that what we were expecting, however, with Ruslan from Russell Renovation that whole project start exactly as was planned, went very smoothly, and efficiently. His quote was straightforward and competitive and fit perfectly in our budget. Were very happy that we hire Russell Renovation for that project. We like the way he works, always was on time as promised, works very competently, perform very good and clean job in less than three weeks. Kept our house super clean during the whole project. We certainly think that no one else will be able to perform the job with the precision the way he did it. We like everything about our new kitchen, is exactly like we planned. Actually looks even better from our original project because of the changes he did with cabinets installation to improve the designed project and to fit cabinets more evenly in our kitchen. The new backsplash is stunning and that includes also a very fine painting job. We have an amazing, gorgeous kitchen exactly as we planned, even better as we planned. We love it!!! Russell was the most honest and competitively priced option out of a handful of contractors we looked at. He remodeled our entire small, single bathroom in almost under a week. Our bathroom hadnt been touched in over 40+ years and working together with him on designs/styles/colors, etc. he was able to bring our bathroom to match our recently renovated kitchen. I recently had some other work done at my house and planned on using that contractor for my bathroom renovation. After several attempts to reach that contractor with no response I decided to move on and find someone else. I have found it difficult in the past to find reliable and responsible contractors so had some reservations finding someone with no referrals off the internet. I am more then happy to say Russell blew away my expectations. He was at my house less then 24 hours after I first contacted him and I had my estimate that night. Once he started he put in nothing less then a full day and had my bathroom done in the timeframe he had given. No last minute surprises as far as money goes and exceeded our expectations with how the bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend Russell for any project.
