I found Russ Johnsons business and others on the internet, and after investigating reviews, talking with individual owners and governmental agencies, I felt comfortable with retaining Russ for my project. I had an exterior door that was full of dry rot and needed full replacement. I also needed to have the bathtub replaced with a new walk in shower and new bath countertops. Russ explained all aspects of the work and time frames involved. These were easily understood and time frames were followed. I had no problems getting in touch with him and all calls were returned promptly Estimates were spot on and unexpected or hidden problems handled with full disclosure and fair charges. With Covid 19 it was very hard for us to find a contractor free to fix the dry rot in an exterior wall that was exposed to the weather because it was found when installing replacement windows. Russ worked around his schedule to get the framing replaced as soon as he could get workers, stucco, painting plus our bathroom tile wall had to be replaced. It seemed overwhelming to me but it all got done, the outside a week ahead of time. The bathroom wall I found the exact tile so the tile guy did a wonderful job in matching the old with the new. We will be calling Russ again for other projects in our house, hopefully not an emergency job again. Jan and Jack

Russ did an amazing job remolding 2 bathrooms, new outdoor steps, and updates in the kitchen. The work was top notch high quality and Russ was easy to work with.

Russ did a great job with our garage remodel. He was always responsive and easy to get a hold of. The job was done right.

We had 3 contractors come for an estimate. The other 2 spent 35-40 minutes each here, measuring, taking photos etc. Russ came, was here maybe 5 minutes, asked footage and our email and left. Oh, and he cant do windows, carpet. Suggest you go somewhere other than here.
