Long story short: I had Roy Briley Allstate insure for over 15 years. I sought them out for some upkeep and repairs. Took 3 months after weekly calls from me to be shunned and no quote. Dale Lee and Roy Briley doesnt care about our repairs just theirs and their interest. If you have smaller jobs like 5 doors and Sheetrock from water damage, dont bother. *My wife is going to remodel the kitchen but this lack of confidence in their company I will choose elsewhere.

Brynn and Rodney were wonderful. Brynn assigned Rodney to my project to expedite the job for me knowing I was selling my home and as a previous customer. Their drywall work is art and theyre ridiculously fast and accommodating. I always recommend them to anyone asking.

Rodney is an excellent painter! Clean work, friendly he even did a little shoveling for us! Great human and worker! I didn't catch the name of the other crew that was here for the repair but they were fast and efficient! Done in one day!

Roy Briley was very thorough and did a great job helping us fix some water damage. We had to work closely with insurance and Zach was very helpful and detail oriented. It made working with insurance and getting claims processed much smoother. Great team and great company. The only thing that would make them even better is a bit more communication on when their project experts would arrive and what to expect from each project expert. Overall a great company and would recommend to anyone.

Rodney repaired the ceilings in unit6 at Westown Square condo Association. He did a fabulous job. I have never experienced a craftsman who not only did a remarkable job repairing the ceilings so that you cannot even see where the cracks were but left the place clean and tidy everyday he worked there. He was very professional. I will not only recommend him to my friends and family, I will insist on his services for our Ass ociation for future problems

I wanted my condo remodeled so I contacted 4 contractors. 2 never returned my call. 2 sent a person to get the specifics of what I wanted. Both said they would give me a quote within 2 weeks. 1 came through while the other apparently wasn't hungry enough. Roy Briley General Contracting did an outstanding job on my remodel. Eric, William, Jake and Bradley, thank you!. They all 4 had a hand in my remodel. They were very respectful and patient with me. I want to give a great big shout out to Jake and Bradley. I'd show up everyday and they would walk me through what they had done, what they were working on and what they were planning. So tolerant. What a great team. Again thank you guys, you're awesome. I will definitely recommend Roy Briley.

Had Erick working on my place, after Zach oversaw the demo. We had some communication errors and a few timeline hiccups. Cant say they were entirely at fault for that though. In the end the work was good quality, and although the timeline I initially had asked for could not be met, Josiah the GM personally explained why the process was taking longer and had the guys work overtime to make my unit a priority. Very happy with the quality of work that they did, and impressed with the concern from upper management once he was aware of the concerns, even though I was disgruntled and complaining about how long it was taking, they were always respectful and usually answered my questions.

At first, our experience with Roy Briley was proving disappointing. Lots of no shows, late arrivals, lack of communication, etc. We were initially told this was going to be a three week process. Whether this was intended to be three consecutive weeks or three separate weeks of work, it was uncertain. Everything was gutted from the windowed wall in the main bedroom to the carpet in the bedroom, hallway and down the stairs. It remained in this state for a month until mid April when insulation was completed. Now, it is June and we are in the final stages of completion. I have to thank Rodney for this. Sure, there might have been some scheduling issues or situations I dont understand as an outsider receiving their services, but I couldnt be more happy and thankful for Rodneys work and attitude. Rodney showed up on time everyday with a smile on his face and remained extremely communicative, considerate, and thorough in reassuring my concerns. He completed his duties with efficiency and care. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations based on past experiences! Give him a raise, he deserves due appreciation! 5 stars for Rodney, 2 stars for Roy Briley as a property management company with lack of explanation coming from the top.

Our garage ceiling was leaking from plumbing in our upstairs bathroom. We had a plumber come out previously to tell us it want a plumbing problem (he didnt climb in our attic to check)... Needless to say it was a plumbing problem. Lee came out to assess it and found the leak in 5 minutes. He told me everything that we needed to do and assured me his team would take care of us. He coordinated a fix with their plumber (Eagle River Heating and Mechanical, they were the BEST! - I highly recommend them for plumbing see my other review for them.) Then his team came back out to remove 10 full black bags of wet insulation and give it a day to air out. I mentioned my concern for insulating the repaired pipes since they froze twice this winter. They told me theyd be kind enough to install the insulation if I wanted to provide it for the next part of the repairs. The next day they came back out and insulated the pipes and added more insulation than was previously used in the attic. They also did some patch work and a paint match. Now our space is not just good as new, its better than new!!! They left the can of paint so we can paint more if we want. We couldnt be more thankful for the time and care they put into all the repairs. It feels amazing knowing they took the time to do the job well. We will use them for any future home repairs that may arise. They really alleviated a lot of the pain of being a first time homeowner!!! Thank you to Colton for getting us scheduled, thank you to the team that made the repairs, and a special thanks to Lee for coordinating it all!!! We are grateful and couldnt be happier!

Last year I found water damage in my kitchen and used Roy Briley to demo and rebuild. The project took almost 10 months. They started the demo, then I spent over a month leaving voicemails with the first project manager without any response while their large dehumidifiers ran and tripled my electric bill. In rebuild, I found several times that I got billed for work that wasn't completed. When I pointed it out, their estimator yelled at me, twice. At closeout, I had five callbacks for the same plumbing issue because they couldn't stop a p trap from leaking. There are various other things, but overall, pretty displeased. I raised it to three stars because their last project manager apologized and the carpenter crew was excellent at coordinating and went the extra mile.

I recently had a water-damaged log and flooring replaced in my log home. I could not be happier with the results of the work that John and Joe, from Roy Briley General Contracting, did for me. The repairs and replacement work far exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and experienced, confident and professional. They were always on time, respectful of me and my property, were patient in explaining what the repair process involved, and worked well together cheerfully and tirelessly to project completion. They kept their work areas tidy, and cleaned up after themselves during the job and after the work was completed. There was no debris left around that could have blown away onto my property or was left behind in my home. This 5-star review is for maintenance guy Steve who came to replace our garage door knob after a robbery. Our appointment was at 8:00 am and he was on time. He greeted me with respect and sympathy for the scary situation we had just went through with the garage break-in. He was friendly and kind and installed the door knob quickly, so we could get back to feeling secure. He was an asset to getting us back to safety and I'm sure he's a great asset to Roy Briley Maintenance, as he said he has been working for them for over 13 yrs! Thank you Steve for your prompt & efficient service!

Our entire basement flooded last March. After drying it out, we needed it almost completely reconstructed. Two people recommended Roy Briley contracting, and Im so glad they did! Brynn walked us through the estimating and permitting phase, and he helped us communicate with our insurance company. He turned the reconstruction over to Eric who helped us schedule everything and solved several problems we encountered along the way. He assigned Rodney to do the reconstruction, and he was phenomenal! He was incredibly efficient and professional. He kept us informed daily, and he encouraged our feedback at the end of each workday. He takes great pride in his work, and we ended up with a much improved basement with some beautiful built-ins. They did such a good job with our basement, in fact, that we have hired them to do some additional work in the house.

We had flooding in our finished basement and we were advised by two different tradesmen each with over 30 years of experience that we should have the restoration work done by Roy Briley. We did, and we couldnt be happier. Brynn lead us through the planning, permitting, and insurance claim. And Eric (manager) and Rodney (craftsman) did a great job on the restoration. What really stood out was how engaged they all were in our project, and how responsive they were to our questions. And Rodney, who did all the reconstruction, was amazing. He kept us informed of what he was doing, he explained options and made recommendations, and he was meticulous in his workmanship. So although the flood was bummer, we will be enjoying a much much nicer living space thanks to Roy Briley.

Veteran brother of mine ETS'd recently. Used this company to complete some renovations. All invoices were paid and more upon completion of the house. Upon selling the home, we find out they failed to notify and do their legal obligation to notify us of a lien on the house. Now they are asking for $10,000+, for wrongfully submitting documents they never told us or the title company about. I would suggest using other companies and stay clear of these guys. They do shady deals and refuse to update the customer on important details in a timely manner.

Had a really good experience with Briley Gen contracting . We had soffit work , outside painting , insulation blown in , dry wall work and painting inside. Throughout the whole process Rodney kept us informed and did a great job seeing the project to completion. Rodney answered our questions and Michael did a nice job of painting. I contacted William, he came to my home, he put together a proposal. I moved forward, William worked with Michael, they listened to all the details, I could not be happier with the way it turned out. William and Michael took my hopes and vision and turned it into exactly what I had hoped for. 5 star work by Michael, a true craftsman. On time, on budget. I will look the Roy Briley team again for future projects in my home. Michael even sent me a pic of what the frame looked like so my TV installers knew what it looked like behind the Sheetrock

Lee helped us assess a situation with our ceiling drywall after a leak. Rodney came to our house to fix the issue and was efficient and did a really nice job. I think one of the most important things to note was that Rodney understood that the mess of drywall dust wasn't good for our kids to be around, so he kept things nice and tidy even while working on both levels of our home, and even offered to stay late to finish the job while our kids were in daycare instead of extending the job for an additional day. His work was exceptional and FAST. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to trim, drywall, paint finishes, and even a dirty bathroom fan 🙂
