I called Roger for an estimate for repairs after a home inspection. Roger was unavailable so I left a message. Roger quickly returned my call and I explained the situation to him. He asked where I was located. Roger said that he was in the neighborhood and would come by to check it out shortly. Roger arrived within 5 minutes. He then climbed into the attic inspected the roof from inside. Pulled the ladder from his truck and climbed onto the roof. He inspected the entire roof. The whole episode from the call to the inspection results took approximately 1 hour. Roger did not find any damage or leaks. I asked him what I owed for the inspection and he said no charge for the inspection. I was blown away. I highly recommend you call Roger for your roofing needs. No one looks forward to having their roof inspected and anticipating the often resulting bad news. That being said, Blair at Roger the Roofer took the sting out of the process. She thoroughly inspected our roof and spent considerable time, in a non-pressure manner, going over the inspection details and the various options we had to consider in making a decision. Once we decided, Blair and her crew promptly scheduled a date. They showed up exactly when promised, and performed all the roofing services we expected. They left the premises spotlessly clean. I have already referred inquiring neighbors due to Blair's knowledge and the great and satisfied success we had in using her company to address our roofing needs.

I just want to commend Roger's integrity and character. I didn't even pay him for his services I called because I have a leaking roof from another contractor who was blaming the problem on debris. That didn't sit right with me, but I'm not a roofing expert. Roger stopped by between jobs, armed me with facts, walked me through my options, and even reviewed correspondence from the other contractor as a sanity check. He didn't have to do any of that. I wish I had used him from the start, and I know who I'll be calling for any roofing work going forward. He earned my business today just by doing the right thing. Highly recommend.

We used Rogers company for a new roof about 4 years ago. We needed some siding repair and I didnt know who to call. So I called Roger for a recommendation. Lucky me they also do siding and painting. Once again it turned out to be a great choice. The crew replaced and painted most of the siding on my house. The send out were very skilled, sociable, and informative. Perfect for me.

My project manager, Brian C. was wonderful. Very helpful while meeting with insurance adjuster. Asked questions I wouldnt have thought about asking. Here everyday to over see the project. Pointed out any issues that needed addressing with his roofing and gutter team. Everything was left looking nice when job was completed. Even washed my windows and power washed my driveway and sidewalk.

Brian came out to replace a could of shingles that came off due to strong winds. While he was up there, he said that I had a lot of hail damage (im sure every roofer says that) but Brian showed me pictures and I was shocked. I filed a claim, it was denied. But Brian went to bat for me and convinced the State Farm adjuster that I needed a new roof, later that night, the claim was approved. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Gave me different options on color shingles and gutters. We went with a different color roof and gutters, now it looks like a brand new house to us. Highly recommended and you wont be disappointed.

Had a great experience with our Project Manager, Blair Woodruff. She stopped by within a day of our call and then returned on the next rainy day to help diagnose the problem. We agreed to do their roof tune up program and also had our original plastic roof vents replaced with more robust metal fixtures. The whole experience was really positive. We couldnt be more satisfied with our experience.

Blair and Roger the Roofer are a wonderful and reputable company to work with. We went through just about everything imaginable during our hail damage claim, and Blair held our hand through it all! It took an entire year of battling with our insurance company -including appraisal process and an umpire decision-but we finally have the beautiful Class 3 impact-resistant shingled roof we deserved from the start.

Rogers team replaced our roof after a hailstorm. Brian Crowson was our project leader and did a great job respectfully working with our insurance adjuster to get all the damage repaired. They stand by their warranty. 4 and a half years later one of the roof vent turbines started squeaking. Brian came out and fixed the issue at no cost.

I'm very happy with the service I've received from the Roger the Roofer team the past several days. I had a surprise roof leak in my attic that I'd discovered when changing my A/C filters during a rainstorm. I called on a Saturday and got a return call in minutes from Blair. I had every question answered (and there were many) during the process with very quick response times. On top of the leak repair, I went ahead with the full roof tune-up where other potential issues were mitigated. Definitely delivered some peace of mind. When time comes for the unavoidable roof replacement, I'll be giving Blair a call.

Roger the Roofer and their crew are fantastic! We couldnt be more pleased. We wouldnt have even gotten a roof if it wasnt for Blair, their project manager. She was persistent with our insurance company and really went above and beyond. She made sure everything was done in a timely manner, kept us informed every step of the way and explained all steps throughout the whole process. Its so very easy giving them our highest recommendations! Roger The Roofer and their team doesnt just do roofs, they have an excellent team of painters that painted the whole outside of our house, replaced and repaired some columns and boards, took down our old drywall in our garage and replaced it with new drywall, taped and textured. Blair was again our project manager and we couldnt recommend them more. Friendly, respectful of our property and made sure everything was cleaned up!
