Im a college student at Texas A&M and I moved into the cottages at college station and this company handles the work over there. This is the worst job Ive seen and it honestly ruined the illusion I had with moving into The Cottages. My sister went to A&M and her apartment wasnt no where near as bad as what I saw today it looked like they didnt even try to finish the job. I talked to Jose Mendoza and he told me they handled the housekeeping and paint, which wasnt done correctly. The ceiling hand a patch that wasnt painted, overspray on the fire detectors, paint on the floor, bugs on the light fixtures, overspray on the clothing rack, paint spill all over the bathroom, the cover plates were all painted over, laundry room was dirty, the kitchen ceiling wasnt textured. The company did a repair of 2 feet by 2 feet which was badly done and never painted. All the touch ups done in the apartment were all done incorrectly with the wrong paint same with the housekeeping which was sloppy. Same with the stairs and a lot lot of visible patches of paint, the microwave had grease. Im honestly disappointed and truly hurt since now I have to wait for services to arrive to live in the place I was offered. Not good.
