Rockefeller performed the role of a general contractor due to some unexpected damage to my household. They came out for an assessment immediately (the next morning) and had to work coordination required which required repairs to stucco, interior and exterior doors, garage doors and windows. While the repairs did span about 4 months, they were very helpful in orchestrating get the work accomplished and were helpful when issues were identified along the way. Savar and the team were extremely polite and sincere, we never had an issue getting a hold of them and they were always very quick to respond. I would highly recommend working with them again and working with Savar!

All the negative reviews seem to be correct. Our insurance company contacted this company to repair a leak on our second floor. They came did the "work" yet the leak remained. I sent them and my insurance video proof that the water was coming in from the door they replaced and both them and the insurance company said I was wrong and that it wasn't the door. I even had a leak detection company come out and do an inspection. They even said it was the door that was replaced. Sent them and the insurance the report but they still said I was wrong. They came in and installed a gutter that they said would fix the issue, but the issue still remains. I had another company come out to look at the door recently and they said that it was installed completely wrong. Very unfortunate. This process took MONTHS. PLEASE BE AWARE!!

I can recommend Rockefellers Cleaning and Restoration without a doubt. After going on a three-week road trip, we found that we had a leak that had flooded our home, up to an inch deep in water! Our insurance company recommended Rockefellers and we were grateful that they had. The project manager, Sarvar Abakulov, arranged to have the painting, cleanup, and new flooring scheduled and completed for us. Whenever we had questions, we were able to reach Sarvar for an immediate response. He arranged for all of the work to be done to our satisfaction. A major roof leak caused a bedroom ceiling to collapse and created a major mess. Rockefellers replaced the roof, remediated the mold that had accumulated, redid the sheetrock, painted and replaced the lights. They were so attentive and capable. I enjoyed working with all of the employees including the owner, Cole. The room is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Rockefeller's was recommended by our insurance company to repair ceiling damage from a roof leak. Sarvar was very friendly and professional. Once the roof was open they found potential mold and took care of submitting an additional claim and bringing over the mold remediation team. The mold was cleaned and sterilized, the drywall replaced and the whole section of roof repainted to avoid discontinuity. I was very happy with the process, the work, and Sarvar in particular.

Last Spring we returned home to discover that a broken toilet fixture had failed allowing water to flood the third floor bathroom down into the second floor bathroom and into the furnace room, kitchen and living room on the first floor. Unbelievable mess with caved in ceilings, floors and walls. USAA my insurance company sent me to Rockefellers. This is a family company and I worked with the President and cofounder, vice presidents for restoration. Every person with whom I worked were just great, dedicated and pleasant. All my hardwood floors were replaced, walls and ceilings rebuilt and painted. I now have new inside to my home. I need to say Alex, Cole and Laura were caring, hands on and delightful. They were nice people responsive to my concerns. All did an excellent job. The great service extended to Anthony and Diego and other workers. During the process and today I feel like a member of the family.

They did an amazing job communicating, scheduling, and rapidly redoing the flooring and stucco for the affected part of the house. Sarvar was an amazing communicator, keeping me in the loop on when things were scheduled, the expected duration, and what to expect. the subcontractors/ workers were professional and efficient and the warranty on work is greatly appreciated. I would opt to use Rockefeller construction again in a heartbeat for remodeling or any other contracting needs. They did an excellent job from start to finish. My washing machine has been leaking water behind the wall with our knowledge. So this company had to come in and take care of some mold, replace tile that had to be removed, patch up the torn out drywall and repaint the room. Sarvar was the project manager who kept us informed through the process. Jose did a wonderful job replacing the tile and matching the existing grout. Jacobo did an professional job in repairing the drywall and painting. No one would be able to know that something was done to repair the drywall.

After the big snowstorm in January we had water intrusion into our newly renovated dining room. Our insurer contacted Rockefellers for water mitigation and mold treatment. Rockefellers team came out that day to begin mitigation. They clearly explained the mitigation process and kept me in the loop throughout. The team was professional and respectful and took great care to keep our house clean and safe from mold. Because of how well they handled the mitigation phase we continued their service for the reconstruction phase. Savar ensured that reconstruction was timely and of high quality. Jacob made our room look better than new. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, the level of communication, and the prompt service we received from Rockefellers and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Water for days. They do not respond, they contracted other companies and have not paid them now she is receiving calls for payment. *the only reason Im giving a two is because at the end of the day the construction was done and done correctly but the process was a rollercoaster* Thy were quick to schedule the first person to come out to my home to inspect. Beyond that, we had to then wait and schedule TWO additional people to come out to my home to inspect the same areas again before any work was even scheduled. Why was this necessary unless the first persons notes, measurements, etc. were not properly communicated and or shared? This was confusing and expectations of the process were not communicated well. I also had a woman named Karen contacting to schedule and provide me information about the repairs, but it was obvious that she wasnt communicating with Sarvar, the project manager because they were never on the same page. It was as if this was Sarvars first project job and he was not knowledgeable about construction and repairs or how it took place. We were constantly reminding Rockefeller of what needed replacement or at least needed to be checked to ensure it was not missed. Multiple visits and last-minute communications and schedules were needed to be made due to poor planning and lack of knowledge on Rockefellers part. This was insensitive and time-consuming. I repeatedly asked for the flooring of my office to be done first, so I could prepare for my return to work in a comfortable and private setting, but that was ignored. The flooring people hired seemed like they were hired off Facebook marketplace, unprofessional constantly left my front door open, slamming the Luxury vinyl on the floor and onto my tile only to tell me they were not be completing the baseboards or putting back my closet door, which led to an additional person from Rockefeller being called over in which I had to tell them to put plastic down on my newly placed for for them to caulk the baseboards! What this company needs to learn is how invasive it can be to have 11 different people in your home at a different times and without the proper proactive communication. The only reason we went with this company was because they were referred by our insurance, but I will not be using them again.

This company absolutely sucks! Its taken over 6 months for them to repair our kitchen and still waiting. No cabinets, no flooring, no oven, no stove. Idk how any company can stay in business when they work this slow. They are rude and continuously lie about whats going to happen and ordering parts, or tile, or really anything. Then they say we are locally owned and operated. True burquenos take pride in their work. DONT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. Im sure we wont have a kitchen for the holidays and thats a damn shame!

Homeowners and insurance companies beware. Rockefeller will promise a lot and deliver a poor product. The cleaning service destroyed multiple items of ours. The workers would smoke in front of our house and leave the butts on the ground. We had to manage thier subs who could never complete the job. We had to hire our own subs to get the job done. What should have taken 1 month took 4 and we couldn't move back into our home. We were lied to and taken advantage of. Do not trust what they say.

I had extensive roof damage and a complicated restoration which took close to 4 months to complete. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and knowledgeable . It made the entire experience PAINLESS for me! I will forever be grateful to Anthony, the project manager assigned to my case, for attending to every detail imaginable every day. Scheduling was seamless with all the moving parts involved and Anthony made sure everything got done when he said it would, which is HUGE. All of the people I interacted with, from Karen in the business office, to all the subcontractors and workers, were highly competent and professional. And NEAT! Every day cleanup was part of the deal. I highly recommend this company for any kind of restoration work, roof replacement etc. My house feels brand new! Couldn't be happier.
