Landon and his team came to our rescue with an amazing job remodeling our balcony. After a very difficult time with our previous contractor, Robey Stucco stepped in, were professional, on-time and on-budget. They had to completely redo what the previous contractor did but once done had resolved the issue with confidence. Their professionalism, attention to detail and thorough nature made it a delight to work with. They cleaned up their work area each day, protected our stamped concrete from mess and achieved the elegant look we were going for. We wish we had called them in the first place! Failed to cover window wells during a rainstorm, resulting in substantial damage to my finished basement. They agreed to pay for the damage and asked me to get a quote. I foolishly trusted them and paid them the final payment while I got the quote. Since that time, they have refused to pay, failed to give me the warranty and care instructions, and failed to give me the paint they promised. I am now heading to the MHIC. After paying them $120,000, I expected them to do as promised.

We are very pleased with the meticulous work Robey Inc. did repairing the stucco exterior of our DC rowhouse. The new stucco is gorgeous! The crew was very professional throughout the job, and took care of a number of issues with our exterior (such as replacing rotted wood framing around the windows with cement board), in addition to the stucco work. They did an impeccable job cleaning up each afternoon and when the job was complete. Joe Lopez kept in good touch with us by phone and in person through the job, and even managed to get a new window fabricated to replace our old foggy one in a matter of days. We highly recommend Robey.

We have EIFS on almost 2/3rd's of our house. When we installed some large windows, some sizable exterior moldings were cut out to allow for it. The repair work that Robey did could not look more exact. They had to sculpt new moldings, as well as mend the waterproofing system and then apply the exterior stucco to match. They have some excellent workmanship and, more amazingly, it's impossible to see new work alongside old EIFS and tell the difference. Totally seamless. They also re-caulked our entire exteriors as the old caulking was completely worn and even crumbling on sides that get a lot of weather and damp. On another note, we had a small divot appear in our EIFS, right in front. This was months after the above work was done. Though small, the divot was noticeable and unsightly. After contacting Robey about doing this additional repair, they came out within 3 days and spent a good bit of time and care over it. On top of all that, they declined to charge me. I'm not sure you could have a better experience. The work is beautiful, I have peace of mind when it comes to water and seepage and their attention to detail and customer appreciation is almost in the old-fashioned range. In terms of contractors, I'm adding these guys to my short list of tried and true.
