I hired Roberts Painting and Drywall to paint the ceiling and walls in my Master Bedroom. Steve was very professional and easy to work with. He was straightforward, communicated with me throughout the job and charged me a reasonable price for the work. The crew was prompt and professional. They finished the job in less time than I thought. My room looks sharp and beautiful. They did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

Let me start with, Jorge Vargas, the only positive review for this "business" is an employee of Roberts Painting and Drywall. Poor quality work. We feel ripped off. We had Roberts sheetrock our main floor, tape, texture and prime the walls and ceiling. Would strongly discourage anyone from using Roberts Painting and Drywall. Bid was decent and they could start right away so we went with them. They were very messy, cigarette butts and wrappers in our driveway, garbage, pop cans, laying around our house during work. I spent probably 6 hours cleaning up after them. I scrapped mud off my floor, windows, lights, steps, and most of my roughed in wiring was covered in texture and paint. These guys just don't care about quality one bit. They do not follow through with promises of fixing mistakes I pointed out. I had to ask the 3 times to cut out outlet boxes that they missed. There was a inch and a half gap between the wall panel and the ceiling. They hot mudded that. If you are thinking about using this company dont. Do the job yourself, it will turn out better. Update May 21 2017 Bathroom ceiling paint is cracking, cracks appearing on seems in ceiling that were not properly mudded.

Hiring Roberts Painting and Drywall was an unbelievable experience. They advertise themselves as doing quality work which is the opposite of what they provided for me. I called Roberts Painting and Drywall as I needed some drywall repair after I ripped out a closet. Steve came in looked at the project and I advised him that I needed it look like there was no closet previously there and its needs to be textured like the rest of the wall and he said no problem. I read the previous google review and should have listen to that person but I struggled finding someone to quote out the project. Steve was able to start the project the next day which should have been a red flag as everyone else in this market is booked out. He came in and spent an hour and half on mudding and tapping. He let that dry and came back the following day. He spent about 15 to 20 minutes sanding and he asked me to come check his work. There was no texture on the wall and he advised that I need to roll paint to provide that texture. I advise Steve that I had my house custom built and the paint was never rolled on but sprayed on. I told him that this wasn't going to work and I need the repair to meet my current texture. He then got extremely upset with me and conveyed to me that I can't match the texture I have. I told him that is what I hired him for and he had a disbelief look on his face. He then makes a comment your going to screw me and I advised him that I need him to finish the job I hired him for. He purchased a can of spray from Menards and sprayed the wall which looked completely unprofessional. This was on a Friday and I told him I would let everything dry and I would paint the wall to see what it looked like before I paid him. I advised him that I would reach out to him on Monday. He was very upset he wasn't receiving his money that day and told him that I needed time to process this job. He wanted a call back on Sunday which I never did. Monday morning he came to the house and left a note demanding I call him back. I felt Steve was more worried about being paid his $500 for 3 hours of unprofessional work than he was trying to take care of the customer and finding a solution to the problem. He came back Tuesday to fix a bunch items and constantly asking if the wall was ok. At the end of the day I paid him $500 to get him out of my hair so I wouldn't be harassed by him. I now have a professional drywall guy coming in 4 weeks from now to finish the job Roberts Painting and Drywall should have done. I would highly recommend not to use them!

Would strongly discourage anyone from using this guy. Bid was decent so went with him. Did not measure one thing or looked in depth to what I wanted fix. They were very messy, I spent prob 5 hours cleaning up after them scraping mud of my floor, lights and many other items. Workmanship was poor. Was lied to about fixing a corner and said "you'd put a piece of trim there" after talking to a couple of contractors they said they would have taped it. Takes short cuts and does not do a quality job what so ever. If you are thinking about using him on a remodel DON'T!!!!!!!!! you end up be frustrated belong belief. Also wanted to charge an extra $500 for "extra stuff" that he didn't take the time to look at.
