Daybor was friendly and offered a fair price. After having previously used a nightmare contractor to install a new shower it was refreshing that Rico Construction was very transparent with his work and kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, timely, and flexible. As a parent who works full time I really appreciated how was willing to work with my schedule. Rico Construction will be my go to and recommendation from now on. I would leave Rico and his team 6 stars if I could. Rico is that rare contractor that actually communicates, and responds to questions very quickly. He shows up when he says he will, and his team is so hard-working. They did a wonderful job of taking our house from drab to fab, and quickly. We only had two really good days of weather and they hustled, working well past what anyone might consider quitting time, and got the job done before the rain came. Rico uses very high quality paint, and they use it liberally. Our house looks fabulous, their cleanup was meticulous, and we are thrilled. I highly recommend Rico and his team!

#1 like. Was quoted July 1st and told they would start on the 21st, understanding we live in Alaska and it rains and bad weather could delay the start. A few days of rain in between quote and start day, they started the 23rd. Very thorough prep work and house looks great now that it is complete.

Rico Construction is fabulous. I hired them for an entire interior paint job. Beautiful! I hired them for the installation of wood laminate at my daughters house. I was so impressed that I deviated from my plans and had them immediately install wood laminate at my house. They are timely and reasonably priced. You cant go wrong using this company.

Rico Construction did an amazing job! I love walking into my home now. It feels like a brand new home! They painted the whole house, redid the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and have installed new LVP throughout the house. It was a huge job.
