Tyler Bryant (project manager) and the team inatalled our new roof yesterday. They showed up on time & worked diligently till the job was done! There were some repairs needed from downed tree limbs & they handled these easily. Clean up afterwards was excellent, not a nail or shingle left on the ground and they even cleaned our gutters & re-installed our leaf guards too! Very professional and courteous. Tyler has been great to communicate with, checking in & responding quickly to any questions we had. Our roof looks great & we will be having them work on our gutters next! 100% recommend Reynolds Roofing!

Wanna throw a huge shoutout to Reynolds Exteriors and coatings Project Manager Tyler Bryant. I called Tyler yesterday because of concerns from the last wind storm we had to make sure our roof was okay. He was here just before the sun came up and did a very Thorough investigation on our entire home. Due to our roof being newer I really didnt want to make a claim because lord knows insurance is hard to get claims on these days. Tyler was very honest, polite and extremely professional. I cannot say the same for the other companies weve contacted. He showed us pictures and explained everything step by step. He was even honest enough to let us know that with our roof still being newer there was no need for a roof just yet. One of the other companies tried selling us on it would need to be replaced soon which I was not pleased with considering its only a couple years old. One thing I can say just by dealing with and talking to Tyler is Reynolds is built on respect and integrity. He didnt ask for a fee or try and over sell us which goes a long way. Once its time for a new roof Tyler will be our go to guy from now on and we will be telling anyone we know that he and the company are worth the 5 star customer service.

A storm blew the roof off our house just before winter set in and our insurance agent told us Reynolds was the best. Reynolds told us they were backed up and might not be able to get to us before spring. They did come out, though, and tarp the sections of our roof that might be a problem during the winter. They finally got out at the end of March and they were absolutely worth the wait. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the new roof and gutters look amazing. Matt made great suggestions for color and kept us informed every step of the way, even if was just the occasional call over the winter to tell us he hadn't forgotten about us. The roof is warrantied well beyond the remaining time I have here on earth, so I hope never to have to replace it, but if I do I will call Reynolds right away.

We had such a pleasant experience using Reynolds Roofing for our roof replacement. They had everything installed in one day, and were quick, kind, efficient and professional. They cleaned up everything before they left and we had absolutely no problems at all. We were on a waitlist since they had a few jobs scheduled before us and in that time, our roof started leaking in 3 places. Ryan, I believe his name was, came and spent an hour patching up our roof to hold us until they got to us, which was above and beyond. E.J. from Reynolds Roofing came out and inspected our roof/gutters. The roof we had was aged and installed incorrectly causing issues. He was thorough with a plan to replace a new roof and gutters. E.J. explained the different options and benefits of such options. Ultimately he left the choice to us as to what best fit our needs. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a little wait in which he kept us updated. The roofing crew was phenomenal. They cleaned up so well as I worry about stray nails having pups. Gutter crew was in and out quickly. I absolutely love the new roof/gutters. No overflow, no leaks, just completely satisfied. So happy we chose Reynolds Roofing. Would recommend to anyone.

I hired them to replace my windows. When I open my window it falls out of the wall and it lands on my head. It cut my head open and might have caused a concussion. I have called them several times and they have come back out and looked at it. It is still malfunctioning. I spoke with the owner and he said his new windows do the same thing. Steer clear of this outfit.

The roof is almost a year now. Have waited to post this wanting to see how the roof did. Our old roof was almost 23 years old and we decided to replace before we have a problem. Highly recommend Reynolds and David Burle. He arrived at our home and spent almost an hour on the roof. He can in the house and showed us pictures and was extremely honest. The back part of our home could go a few more years without being replaced. He sold the roof right there by being honest. we had other bids from other companies and they pulled up and told me before they even got on the roof that we needed a new roof. The day came for the new roof and I can't brag enough about the installers. in less than 2 hours the old roof was off and in the dumpster. They only took very short breaks and was very courteous to our home and us as home owners. I highly advise for you to ask for David Burle. Love the color and the roof.

Greg from Reynolds Roofing is amazing! We had hip ridge shingles blow off during the wind storm that needed repaired before home inspection. Met with Reynolds site foremen Drew McCamish Nov of 2024 ref roof replacement. Drew's experience and knowledge rapidly became apparent . A contract qas signed and placed on lwaiting list. April 2025 ,during the course of one day, the Reynolds crew tore off and replaced in access of 70 square of Owen's Corning Duration shingles. Drew was on-site, all day assisting and or supervising progress of the crew. I am very satisfied with the complete job and would definitely recommend foreman McCamish and Reynolds roofing .

Reynolds replaced our roof about 4 years ago. Recently, we noticed a piece of wood on the upper area of our porch that had a lot of water damage. We were thinking Reynolds replaced the gutters as well, so we contacted them about the issue. They reminded us they only replaced the roof, but they would come to look at it even though we told them it wasn't necessary since it looked like a gutter issue. They came within a couple of days because the weather was showing heavy rain on the way. When the rain came, no water came from the roof onto the new board they had replaced. There was a little gap between the gutter and the roof and they fixed it even though it wasn't their responsibility. We are truly appreciative of their dedication and pride to their craft and their big hearts.
