READ THIS TRUE STORY REVIEW!! My elderly parents lived alone in Florida. We had that situation requiring a quick move to another state, into a facility and near family. Their house was under contract to be sold when there was water damage due to a faulty kitchen supply line. With the Close coming in ~2 weeks, no family/friends in Florida, and happening just after the long July 4th Holiday weekend, I (remotely from Delaware) vetted 3 local contractors to do the rebuild of baseboards and drywall. BUT, later learned the Insurance company's water remediation company also ripped out the bathroom vanity and mirror requiring replacement. (Note, the deductible was high, so this was out-of-pocket expense). There is no tool to measure the level of Jose's excellent customer service. Remember, this was all coordinated from out-of-state and we had to quickly trust somebody. He was willing to pick-up the new vanity, etc ordered to the local Home Depot and install it together with the original task to rebuild baseboards/drywall. He kept me updated with progress and pictures. AND, I repeat AND, on the day before Closing, when the plumber failed to install the faucet, supply lines and drain, Jose just did the work himself to get us completed. Moreover, under our special situation with time constraints, for all he had done and was willing to do, I didn't think Jose was charging enough. I am a big supporter of small business owners so I offered to pay more - he declined. How about that?? This review can't adequately relay the sentiment. Jose and his team were top notch! Very professional, friendly and hard working. We are delighted with the work theyve done for us. They removed popcorn from over 2300 ft.2 of ceiling, textured and painted it too! Then they painted all our kitchen cabinets and replaced hardware. Their prices are very reasonable and they finish in a timely manner. You will not go wrong to hire this company to work in your home. They also go above and beyond to avoid making a big mess even when doing very messy work!!

Jose and his family did an excellent job installing sheetrock in our entire house they were here every day until the job was done and cleaned the place up when completed, I would highly recommend using renovation repair to everyone.

After waiting 4 weeks for him to do the work, he called the day before and asked for half the money to purchase materials, we agreed. He was supposed to begin the work the next morning but texted that he would be running late due to an emergency. It's been almost 30 days and he doesn't respond to our texts.

Very prompt and skilled. Did a popcorn removal and patched my ceiling from a skylight tube that was removed. Ceiling looks amazing and you can not see where there was a large hole in the ceiling.

Jose and his team were excellent. Jose was responsive and clearly communicated when he was going to arrive. They took the time to protect my items before starting, asked for clarification if something came up and cleaned everything up after finished. We are happy with the quality of the work and will call them again for more work in the future.

Jose is a great guy to work with. I sent pictures, so he knew exactly what he was supposed to be doing. He repaired the drywall ceiling like it was nothing. Really knows his trade . Painted also. They are very clean workers. Tape everything off and clean up after themselves. Very well worth his price which Is reasonable. 2nd time doing work for me and I will call again.
