I worked closely with Pat during the construction of an wood-framed apartment complex in North Carolina. During construction, we encountered water damage from inclement weather, busted pipes, etc. Pat and his team were quick to have crews and equipment onsite to mitigate damage and address any potential mold concerns. Their agreement states their daily/weekly rates for equipment and labor. Read this prior to work taking place to have an understanding of the final cost of work. I'd recommend this group to anyone looking for flood restoration, mold prevention, equipment rentals, or day labor.
