I cannot say enough about Mike and his partner, Mike. Above all, I knew Mike was honest when he gave me an estimate for a job for which I was not in a rush to be completed. Since refurbishing the side hallway in my house was more of a fall/winter job, he promptly contacted me, as promised, two months after we talked, and completed the job in record time. He gave me a VERY FAIR estimate and stayed on track - NO overruns on either labor nor material. Both Mikes worked well together. I hardly knew they were in the house. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were meticulous. At a later date, they will return to repaint my bathroom and install a new cabinet - again, not a rush job!!!

Mike is awesome...I hired him to powerwash my gutters and downspouts and he did that and the whole house....and listened to my list of upcoming projects that I will be hiring him to do as many a possible! Prompt and polite as well as honest!

Working with Mike on various home improvements, including a beautiful kitchen and bath remodel, bedroom, and closet renovations, was truly a pleasure. Commitment to detail, reliability, and diverse skill truly set him apart. I can't stress this enough. Facing a time crunch, If I had gone any other route would have meant significant delays and added expenses. He finished the first project while I was still waiting for another quote. There were a lot of curve balls and Mike's ability to adapt even as the project expanded, solidifies him as my top choice moving forward.

Restore 716 Paint & Maintenance did our living room ceiling including our kitchen and It turned out beautifully! I had another contractor before him and did a horrible job so i started looking for someone else and found Restore 716 Paint & Maintenance which his name is Michael and he works for himself. He came to look at the horrible job from the last person and told me he will fix it the right way . Gave me a affordable price and it came out looking beautiful. Michael was great to work with and he arrived each morning on time and knows how to communicate with the customer. He is very professional and loves his job plus knows how to do other stuff as well with 20 yrs of experience. I highly recommend!
