I sought out Don and Ia's services for a bathroom project. They replaced my pocket door with a standard door and replaced both my shower and sink fixtures, including adding an access panel which my home lacked. They also did some wall repair near my tub that was much needed (not to mention the sanding they did for my walls so I can easily paint now!). They included me in all phases of the project and worked with me to select the fixtures/aesthetic I wanted. They were professional, worked quickly and reasonably priced! After the project, my home was left as clean as it was before they came, too. I would recommend them and look forward to seeking out their help in the future!

We hired Regional Remodeling for a bathroom remodel and are sorry that we did. The overall workmanship was poor. The walls of the shower were out-of-plumb, the grout work shows mortar and tile separator tabs embedded, no framing was added to support a shower door, and the tile cuts made are unclean. Further, we selected and documented the specific tiles we wanted for our bathroom remodel project and they were not installed, despite what was written on the agreement we signed. We terminated the project before it was completed. We took the owner to small claims court and learned the contract he provided, and what we signed, is considered a workmanship agreement in NY. This type of agreement offers virtually no protection for the buyer unless the work is deemed unusable and unsafe.
