It's DONE and I am soooo happy with the results. I decided to reach out to "Ready 2 Remodel" after seeing the van in my neighborhood. My first thought was, WOW, that Van is wrapped nicely...I wondered if the face matched the person driving. Well, to my surprise, it surely did, smile and all. Ernest gave me exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. She wanted an Elegant Spa experience to her new bathroom and we got it! I want to point out an important aspect of service Ernest and his team provided; they were very attentive to my needs and really listened. They gave my wife and I a beautiful new bathroom and deck way beyond what I imagined.These men arent just carpenters, they are artists and it shows in everything they do. Ernest accepted the job, even though it came with a few unusual challenges. I knew when he arrived for the estimate though, I wanted him and his business to do the work I needed. After scheduling the appointment, Ready 2 Remodel owner, Ernest, reached out to provide the exact time when he and his team would arrive, and they showed up right on time. He took the time to walk me through the issue, explain the repairs needed, and set clear expectations for how long everything would take. Once I paid the standard one-third deposit, the crew got right to work and moved quickly without cutting corners. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Throughout the project, Ernest kept me updated with photos and videos so I always knew what was happening. I recently hired Ready 2 Remodel to complete a bathroom project that had previously been marked finished by another contractor. While most of the work was already done and looked decent, the overall attention to detail and finishing quality didnt meet my expectations. Ready2Remodel did a phenomenal job totally remodeling our master bathroom expanding our shower from 1 to 2 heads, building a new closet and installing a stand alone tub. From start to finish, the job was both remarkable and outstanding. Ernie and his team were both professional and meticulous about each area of the project. Their services are affordable and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. We liked them so much that we hired them to come back and do a smaller job, which they also nailed. After enduring a horrible experience with a previous "so-called" contractor, Ready 2 Remodel located in Waldorf, MD saved the day! Ready Set Remodel owners Ernest, Dia, and their team are pillars in our Waldorf community and the DMV. They provided top notch service from cradle to grave amad the water damage I was facing in my family room. I called RSR only to receive quick response while getting constant communication their whereabouts until Dia arrived at my residence. He was very transparent about their services and and patient enough to answer all of my wife's concerns about the process. After the initial consultation we knew that this was the company for the job. The RSR team were on schedule through the repair and showed superior integrity during a mishap in the family room with my 75" TV. These two young men without hesitate replaced my TV with no charge.
