Great service. Great work. This company handled everything for me from helping me handle the insurance claim to the completed roof. All was completed in only 1 day. All debris was picked up and removed. They were professional and extremely competent. Brittany answered all of my questions quickly. Any phone calls or messages were answered promptly. I highly recommend Ralphs Roofing. I hired them because they had the highest rating with the BBB. They proved they deserved it.

Working with them was a breeze. Darryl, their sales representative, was extremely professional, very responsive to my questions, and helped me through the entire process. The day of the new roof installation, the roofers arrived promptly that morning. They were very organized and friendly. After they were done, they did an excellent job cleaning up and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend them.

The experience with Ralph Roofing was long thanks to my mortgage company but the staff at RRR took the stress away. Brittany, Darryl and Aaron was so helpful with getting everything straight and getting my roof done. I love the new roof and have noticed that since it was redone the house it much much cooler. I would recommend RRR to any and everyone I meet who meant anything about a roof. Very professional, great customer service, fast repair. With all the horror stories that many of us hear about roofers, it is probably with great caution that most of us contract for such services. I feel very lucky that I contracted with Ralph's Roofing and Restoration to install a new roof for my home. The people of this family-owned company helped me navigate the maze of discussions with my insurance company. They then came in with a crew and installed a new roof in a day-and-a-half! No delays. No quibbles about money. No problems. And, from my perspective, they did a thorough, detail-oriented clean-up. They also suggested a few modern and efficient upgrades that were sorely needed. Our communication was good throughout the process. Incidentally, my long term A/C man came for a maintenance call a few days after the roof was completed and commented on what good work my roofers had done based on the quality of materials and workmanship he could see from inside my attic. I'm sure he's seen his share of roofing jobs, so I value his opinion. Based on my experiences with Ralph's Roofing and Restoration, I would highly recommend them. They get all five stars and would get more, if more stars were there to give!
