I had this company come out to repair two areas of drywall because two other companies had accidents and caused damage to the ceiling and one of the walls. The first communication was quick and to the point. I asked how much to fix the two problems and they gave me a price to do it. They sent someone out to fix it and the worker did a great job. The worker told me that they would send someone out later to paint so that the drywall would be dry. I message the project manager and they told me that I never asked to paint. Well that should have been clarified. I then needed to provide invoices to the two companies that caused the damage so I asked the owner or project manager to please send me an invoice that day so that I could forward it to the companies. They replied that they would send it tomorrow because they were very busy, totally understandable. Eight days later, after no communication whatsoever, they send me an invoice. The companies needed the invoice 8 days ago. I told them how unprofessional they were and they just gave me excuses. I looked at the invoice and it would have taken 5 minutes to write it. The worker did a great job but who ever is running the show is very unprofessional and I will never be using them again.
