I had the pleasure to work with Trent and his crew at Quinlan Contracting for a whole house renovation project. Trent and his crew showed up everyday for 5 months and completed the renovation with additions on time and on budget. Anything that we needed Trent could accommodate, I cant do that or that wouldnt work was never part of this vocabulary. He went above and beyond with any request that we had and did an unbelievable job. His knowledge and craftsmanship were second to none. They also cleaned up at the end of the day. Quinlan Contracting is the only contracting company I turn to time and again for home projects. The Quinlan team is responsive, timely, reliable, flexible, and quote fair rates. Our projects have all finished on time or if there were unforeseen changes to project scope that impacted the timeline, Quinlan Contracting has been transparent about the new costs and time associated with completing the project. The team is friendly and try their best not to impact our day to day while they work on the house (I.e. using other entrances when possible, cleaning up as they go, playing music at a normal volume, etc). In this project, we added a half bath where there was nothing before. Trent Quinlan and team acted as thought partners figuring out how to make it work in a small space and were helpful in selecting products/fixtures while giving me creative license (which I like). They can make pretty much anything work! We loved how this powder room came together and how well Quinlan Contracting worked with and coordinated with the plumbing contractor to get the job done.

We recently had Trent come in and remove our old tub and shower with a stand-up shower. We also had him remove one of the 2 doors that were in the bathroom. The job only took 4 days, and it looks like a totally new bathroom. It was a great experience. These are the before and after photos

I hired Quinlan Contracting to remodel my master bath and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was a full gut with all new installation including widening a door. Quinlan Contracting was always on time, communicated when they wouldn't be at my home, offered suggestions on materials and cleaned up at the end of the day. Incredible!!!! There was a minor hiccup with the floor - it needed to be elevated to meet my bedroom flooring - Quinlan Contracting realized it was an issue and handled it. I am thrilled with the work. Trent and his team did a great job renovating and enlarging our bathroom. They arrived on time daily and finished up in the committed timeframe. Very professional and attention to detail. Our bathroom was over 40 years old with a cast iron tub. While removing the floor they encountered additional concrete and instead of working around the old flooring they took the time to break out the concrete and do the job right. Trent and his team's renovation of our bathroom exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Quinlan Contracting.
