Blake got us scheduled quickly, with a trusted team, and was extremely communicative. He checked in multiple times, confirming plans and anticipated date/times every time we spoke. He also made sure I was comfortable with the plan each time we spoke including the pricing and when the team would be in our home. The workers themselves did a fantastic job patching a drywall hole - I had to stare for 5 minutes to try to remember where the hole even was! Super happy with the work and even more with the service.

-Five stars. Our project was under $500: replacing four damaged screen panels on our screened porch. Three workers completed the job in about two hours, and their skill showed immediately. Our cat has a habit of charging the screens like a bull, so durability mattered. The crew matched and installed the black nylon screening perfectly. -Because our property slopes down toward a creek, the porch sits at second-story height. The crew arrived fully prepared with the right ladder and handled the challenging setup safely and efficiently. They also carefully removed and reinstalled the stained wooden trim with such precision that almost no stain touch-up was needed afterward. -An unexpected moment made the experience especially memorable. We originally discovered the damaged screen after a squirrel chewed her way into the porch. Unknown to us, she later returned and nested there with two babies. The crew found the squirrel family and immediately alerted us. Together, we placed the babies in a shoebox lined with an old T-shirt beneath the deck, hoping the mother would return to retrieve them overnight. By morning, the box was empty, and we could hear mama squirrel nearby. A happy ending for everyone. -We were equally impressed by Quik Care Home Repairs communication and professionalism. The office staff was prompt, organized, and courteous from the first phone call through scheduling and follow-up confirmations. Estimator and manager Zach Campbell arrived early, waited respectfully until our agreed time, and inspired confidence from the start. This was a small project, yet they treated us like valued customers throughout. We will gladly contact them again for future repairs. -Thank you.

This is my second time using Quick Care Home Repair and they are very good. This particular job required a lot more than the initial quote. Zack who did the estimate worked it out with me very nicely. Eric and crew did a great job and he was very accommodating through the additional tasks required. He communicated very well with me and his boss. What could have been a negative experience became a positive one. I would hire them again.

We hired this company for a small bathroom project that was supposed to take 3 days. It ended up requiring 8 separate visits and is still not fully complete. There were multiple issues throughout the process. The sink was left leaking and required a return visit with a plumber. We were also billed for materials we had already purchased ourselves, as well as a credit card fee that was not disclosed upfrontboth of which had to be challenged and corrected. Communication was poor. After an in-person walkthrough where issues were identified and photographed, there was little to no follow-up, and we had to repeatedly reach out to get the work addressed. Despite all of the visits, the finish work is still not at a professional level. There are visible seams, uneven caulking, and areas that clearly were not properly completed. Overall, this project took far longer than promised, required constant follow-up, and still did not result in a properly finished job. I would strongly recommend going with different company but if you must, be sure to get every detail in writing upfront and closely monitoring the work if you choose to use this company.

My request to repair a gate, fencing and grading work in the backyard was answered within 24 hrs. Next, Zach Campbell came to evaluate and offer a quote, which I considered very reasonable. He set a date to complete the work 2 weeks from my acceptance of the quote. He replaced dense posts and cemented them in place. Construction was top notch. Now my grandchildren can easily roll their bikes in and out if the gate!

They would never get back to me in a timely manner accept when I finally told them I wanted my money back. The person that came out didnt explain what was needed once they finally came out. I reached out to the main number to get a hold of a manager and no one would get back to me. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

Quick Care Home Repair stood out from start to finish. We had 3 contractors come out to price our project. The project was a partial demo of PT wood deck and screened porch to be replaced by Trex Enhance for beck boards, railings, stairs, fascia, risers, etc. The rep (Zach) was timely in coming out, communicated well with just the right detail, priced quickly and helped schedule/coordinate everything rather smooth. Once materials arrived, Vlad & Vasyl were on the job ready to knock it out. You could tell they were very knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in their work. The craftsmanship was exceptional, the work looks great and they took great care of the space once it was time for final presentation and clean up. I would highly recommend Quick Care Home Repair. They do not have any sense of high pressure sales, which is usually a big turn off for me right off the top when starting to talk to a company. Pricewise, they were in the middle of the 3 prices I received. They all present in a very helpful and knowledgeable manner, they communicate well throughout the project, the work and final product is great and we are simply very happy we went in the direction we did!

We hired Quick Care Home Repair for simple updates, but multiple instances of negligence led to severe damageincluding destroyed doors and a second-floor flood. What should have been routine repairs turned into tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Although they accepted responsibility and apologized, we are now on day 16 without a washer or dryer and our home remains in disrepair. We are still dealing with delays from their insurance. No repairs have begun extremely stressful experience. Proceed with caution.

Had the walls repaired and painted back the same colors. The final results of the paint job is excellent. Initial quote was for select walls in the home plus the front door - no trim. The price was not low - it was the highest quote I received - however they were very professional. I prepped the home as much as I could to cut down on labor hours - I also purchased all materials needed for the job to reduce costs. Overall - I do feel I paid a lot for the task when I think abt the other quotes - but I felt secure knowing they would get the job done right.

Linda Lapp- We recently hired Quick Care Home Repair to replace our aging deck and the result are fantastic. From the initial tear-down to the final replacing of the deck they were punctual, clean and communicative well. They also replace our French doors and remodel a room for us as well. I bought a greenhouse kit off Amazon and Quick Care came and assembled it for me. There were so many parts....windows, bolts, cedar panels, screws, polycarbonate windows....phew! The guys did a great job, shared information and taught me things along the way. Glad I used them.

Daniel did an outstanding job for us. He removed a slider leading to our sunroom and made a seamless entry way. He removed old trim and did all new trim and paint. He was methodical and neat.
