John (owner) and Jason (foreman) work seamlessly together at Pure Incs to provide their homeowner clients throughout central and northern New Jersey with a wonderful mix of attentive customer service, exceptional reliability, and a strong commitment to achieve the highest quality of workmanship available anywhere. I met John and Jason for a cost estimate to paint the interior of our whole house following extensive remodeling, a large new addition, and renovation of several rooms and bathrooms. They took a great deal of time to carefully assess the size and condition of the entire house; the number of rooms and each rooms unique surfaces and features to be painted (with different heights, types of trim, and doors); and issues with accessibility, obstacles, furniture, and personal items. John and Jason then clearly and carefully explained to us our options for painting. This included the advantages, disadvantages, and alternatives for surface preparation (a high quality paint job often requires 90+% prep with patching, repairing, sanding, and priming and 10% applying paint), paint quality (premium and specialty finishes that offer more durability and aesthetic appeal), and paint color and sheen (some colors require multiple coats for proper coverage, some sheens are better for walls exposed to high humidity like bathrooms). Our renowned interior designers (Sue and Maddie Comfort) have decades of experience locally (Rumson) and they enthusiastically recommended Pure Incs to us. They unconditionally trust Pure Incs to paint to the highest standards available to deliver truly top-notch results. Great results do require considerable knowledge, experience, and time. This means that Pure Incs is relatively expensive compared to the much less thorough competitors that focus heavily on cost. Honestly, I was initially hesitant to pay for top tier work, thinking along the line of its just paint. Now when I look at the stunning beautiful result that has been achieved in our home, I am absolutely delighted that we chose Pure Incs.
