House Doctors Handyman of Tri-Cities has excellent & reliable service, very professional and on time I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future. Experienced and excellent attention to detail. Responds quickly and is friendly and easy to work with. This company is 1st class from customer service to the technician that come out. I'd recommend them for all your household fixes!!!

Weve used Tony several times since 2013. Hes always done a good job at a fair price. Hes even showed up same or next day to fix or repair a few things. I highly recommend them.

Super pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness. The work I needed done was contingent on another company completing their job. That job got pushed back which meant rescheduling my original appointment with House Doctors. Not only did HD accommodate, but they helped with an issue of neglect by the first company. I would highly recommend using their services.

They are very nice people. But three weeks of them promising to provide you with a quote, this afternoon for sure is a bit ridiculous. Two stars for nice folks, but honesty and professionalism- not so much.

I cant say enough about the people who work there. Tony, Dan and Janice are the nicest people you ever want to know. Unfortunately, there was a little problem with a door order and delivery, but they were kind enough to amend the error financially. Dan is very knowledgeable on every issue we were using them for, and so kind and polite. I would definitely use them again. It is hard to find people in this city that really want to work, House Doctors is a great company.

I called House Doctors to come do an estimate of a gutter repair. I talked to a lady who told me that the next day someone would come by and look at my gutter then call me back. The next day I never got a phone call. I waited another day and decided to call back myself. The same lady apologized and said that no one had come so far but would the next day and they would call me back. The next day no one came by and so far after about 3 weeks no one has called. Its unbelievable that businesses around the tri city area do this and think its ok. Well its not ok. Im a paying customer and will never bother with House Doctors again. Thank you for nothing.

we were remodeling our kitchen and had house doctors come in and redo all the flooring in our downstairs, steps and upstairs hallway. they did an awesome job, showed up every day on time, worked hard every day to get it done, and communicated with us offten on what was happening. also when there was an issue with the steps that want their fault. it was a manufacturer issue. they stepped up and came back and fixed it right away. I have worked with other repair ppl in the past but having someone that shows up on time, and stands behind their work in this profession is a great thing now days. highly recommend them for your next project.

They do amazing work. I got 5 estimates on my garage and home add on project and they were competitively the best choice in price and the fact I trusted Tony Woods the most out of the 5 contractors just by talking to him and going over the plans. House Doctors did great drywall mudding and taping work along with tile work that matched up to the original. Professional-level work by employees who were very courteous and left the site as clean as they found it.
