As blissfully unaware home owners, I was faced with the suddden collapse of a small bedroom ceiling after an undetected hole in our roof. We had a handful of quotes given to us and while taking into consideration cost first and foremost, it ultimately came down to 'gut feeling'. From the very first text I sent to Efrain inquiring about his services to demo, re-install and paint our ceiling to the final finish, I'm glad to say that 'gut feeling' came through for us. Efrain was professional, communicative, and extremely cordial. His quote was competitive, and his completed work was done with efficiency and precision. The size and scope of our ceiling was undoubtedly on the smaller side of drywall contractual work yet Efrain demonstrated craftmanship, respect and integrity even on a small project such as ours.

Excellent experience. I had Primera insulate, drywall and paint my new 20'x24' building. Efrain, the owner, is incredibly communicative, professional and friendly. They did the job quickly, showed up on time, and did very high quality work. Efrain would also notice any minor issues with the work done (that I probably wouldn't have noticed right away), point them out to me, and correct them right away. Prices were very competitive. Primera Construction did an amazing job on the drywall, siding, and interior/exterior painting of a 2k sqft, 3.5 story new construction building that my son and I framed on my property. Originally I hired Primera to do the drywall, and after they installed all of the interior drywall in one day (!!) and knocked out the mud/taping quickly as well, I hired them to do the rest of the interior and exterior. Aside from working fast with highly competitive prices, they stayed on my job over the course of five weeks with the only gaps being when they were waiting for mud or paint to dry. The best part is that Efrain, the owner, is hands-on and obsessive about quality. I can't believe the work they did in the time they did it in with the quality they delivered. Usually, you pick two of time/quality/cost, but with Primera, you get all three. Highest possible recommendation. I'll be hiring them again in the future and recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks again, Efrain, for being awesome!!

Absolutely the best experience I could hope for. My wife and I woke up to discover a burst water line in an upstairs bath had flooded the entire living and dining room below. I've worked with Primera in the past so called Efrain to see if he could mobilize quickly. He was there in 2 hours with a full crew. They moved our furniture, removed the soaked rugs, sheet rock and insulation and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Once we had our insurance adjuster visit the next day, he was back to check on drying of wall and floor cavities. Thankfully it was a dry spell in Seattle so things dried fast and he was able to start hanging new sheet rock the next day. All told he had all the ceilings and walls repaired 6 days after the burst pipe. If only the hardwood floor guy was as fast, LOL

I hired primera drywall for my home remodel addition aadu. They sound proofed with rock wool and added Resilient channel and sound depth board in-between floors for sound. They also did our sheetrock hanging & finish level 4 semi smooth. They did a spectacular job I will be using them again for future projects.
