I needed a drywall specialist for a ceiling repair. I looked on line and after reading many reviews, I called Chris to take a look at my issue and give me an estimate. Chris was right on time for the appointment and he explained the issue and the entire repair procedure to me in detail. Chris arrived day one right on time and sealed off the entire area to prevent any contamination to other areas. He worked clean and organized and was extremely professional throughout the entire project. He completed the project right on time as projected, and let me tell you.... I am beyond delighted with the outcome. He blended the repair area perfectly so you cant even tell there was an issue! The price of the repair was exactly what was originally agreed upon which was surprisingly affordable for the quality of work Chris provided. Chris exceeded all my expectations and his quality of work is far above all other drywall specialists that I have seen over the years. Its obvious that Chris has great pride in his work and is a true artist in his craft. That is something I havent seen much of in many years. If you need any drywall repairs, large or small... give Chris a call. You wont be disappointed!

I hired Presto! Drywall and Paint Repair to fix my basement ceiling and paint the room. The end result was better than I could have imagined. The quote and work were done in a timely manner. The repair was completed within the quoted time frame and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The paint work blended well with the existing work. This contractor completely forgot about our scheduled estimate, wasting my time and the time of everyone involved in coordinating access to the property. No call, no text, nothing. I had to reach out after waiting around, only to find out they forgot. If a simple estimate cant be managed responsibly, I cant imagine trusting them with a full project.

Chris did incredibly good work on our extensive drywall/ceiling repair project. We recently bought a house from a DIY guy who had great vision, but zero talent. Almost every room needed extensive repairs to walls and ceilings. Chris came out, and took his time inspecting the damage. He discussed his strategies for repairing everything with us, and estimated how long it would take. Of the four drywall companies who came out to give quotes, Presto! was the most professional, most knowledgeable, and the most responsive. (See my reviews of two others who weren't.) Chris got the work done in just a few weeks, including some structural issues that weren't apparent until he got started. He repaired large and small holes in the drywall. He matched up ceiling textures, which looked nothing alike before. He skim-coated walls to make them smooth as glass after antique wallpaper had been removed, leaving them pitted and rough. I cannot recommend Chris and Presto! Drywall Repair highly enough. He singlehandedly turned our fixer-upper into a showplace. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. (After photos coming soon.)
