This service is trash. They are very unresponsive, they will "make" appointments that they never keep (three times I was told a plumber would come between a set time period, and they both never showed, nor did they call to tell me they needed to cancel/ reschedule). The customer service people are totally unhelpful (I'd say more unhelpful then the technicians but you it's impossible to subtract from zero). Avoid if possible. Management is non-existent and the services are impossible to access.

I needed an electrician. Found a local company "Premo Electric" on Google with good reviews. When I called, i got Premium Home Service who acted like they were Premo and told me the service fee to come out would be $149 but that I could instead pay $149 for an annual membership where I would get free service calls all year for anything I need. I signed up for the Service agreement. The electrician did not come as agreed that day, or the next day and then again they wanted to reschedule so I cancelled. They refused to refund my money even though the agreement clearly says you have 7 days to cancel. I will file a complaint with the BBB and credit card company.

Jimmy was pleasant and professional. It was refreshing to see a young man show concern and kindness while providing great service. Highly recommend this company.
