Highly recommend Derek. He helped us solve a mystery problem with a pocket door that had been damaged during a recent closet installation. Derek quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it completely, including replacing the tracksomething others hadnt been able to figure out. He also helped us with two additional projects during the same visit: installing a new sink faucet and hanging pictures. He was extremely responsive, worked efficiently, and his pricing was very fair. Well absolutely use him again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable handyman.

Derek did some drywall repair for us last month and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We had a large hole in the bedroom ceiling because of a roof leak and mold remediation. Derek began by covering everything in the room with a drop cloth, did a beautiful job of fitting and replacing the drywall (additionally patching some tears in the wall), and cleaned up neatly, completing everything in one day. He calls you back promptly when you leave a message (a rare quality in many businesses), arrives when he says he will, and provides a fair and reasonable estimate. He is a very likeable and honest young man, and we plan on having him do several other projects for us (he has a number of other skills listed). We highly recommend Premium Handyman Solutions LLC.

I was referred to Derek by a local Realtor who had nothing but great things to say about his work and professionalism. He more than lived up to the review! Derek renovated a bedroom in my condo that had been torn down to the studs. He added new drywall, finished and painted the walls, and installed new baseboards and LVP flooring. He also reinstalled the water heater in the room once the floors were in and even moved the furniture back into the room. Derek was professional, incredibly responsive, and finished all of the work right on schedule and the quality of his work was great. His professionalism and responsive were particularly important to me since I am not local to Vero Beach and was working with him remotely. He sent updates throughout the project and always kept me in the loop. I would recommend Derek to anyone looking for a high quality Handyman, but even more so to anyone having work done while they are out of the area and cant risk hiring the wrong person.

Derek is the best handyman--carpenter, painter, fixer of all things! We highly recommend him with complete confidence. He is a skilled and talented expert, who quickly identifies the simplest, smartest solutions. Derek worked on a wide variety of projects for us. We had water damage to patterned paneling and baseboards in an old house that he ripped out, replaced, and repainted so meticulously that it's as if it never happened! Derek also repaired ceiling damage from a total HVAC/duct replacement, constructed a new, beautifully trimmed attic entrance, fixed and centered a mis-plumbed, mis-aligned bathroom vanity, and painted everything to perfection. Topping off his exceptional craftsmanship, Derek is just a nice person! He's easy to work with, always on time, his pricing is fair and transparent, and he cleans up completely. Finally, he's also trustworthy. We were reluctant to bring someone into our home whom we found online, but after knowing him, we felt so comfortable that we freely went in and out as he worked.

There is no one better to handle any project or maintenance needs for the home! Derek arrives on time every time, rain or shine, and he performs the work in an efficient and professional manner. He gives you an estimate for the work and does not exceed it. He power washed all of our deck furniture and the large stepping stones to the pool area, as well as the hose reel and the large entrance and exit door mats. He made a custom plywood frame as a surround for the stepping stones to use during the power washing so that the plants and gravel walkway around them would not be disturbed. No one else would have taken the time and effort to do that to ensure perfect results. He also cleaned all of our gutters and downspouts by hand and finished by blowing them out to ensure even the smallest debris was removed. He finished on time and cleaned up everything perfectly. There is no one better!

Derek came over to quote the work and after we decided on the projects, he made every effort to accommodate my timeline for scheduling the repairs. I called & texted Premium with a description of moving my mailbox from my circular drive to the street at the request of the USPS. Eric said he would work me in in 2 weeks. I asked for a date & quote twice with photos ,via email and text, & I never heard back. I am editing this review as Eric texted me as soon as he saw the 1-star review. He said that he never received my email, but never called or texted me that he never received it. I assumed (I dislike that word) that he had received it and was not interested. Due to the communication disconnect, I am retracting my 1-star review, but Yelp will not allow me to retract stars completely. Therefore, I am placing the star in the middle. I wish Eric the very best with his business. I am sorry he didn't work out for me as I have so much more work that needs done as I mentioned in my communications with him.
